Don't live there over time your unit will be filled with Roaches !!!! I had to throw everything away !!!!

Two Bed Unit.... Roaches, loud neighbors having sound violation wars and kids running full tilt along second floor walkways shaking everything in a 30 foot radius. Cabinets that dont open because the oven is in the way and oven cant be opened more than 30 degrees due to fridge blocking it from opening. Mislabeled Hot and Cold water hookups on every other spout. Yes Thank Yuu I stayed in a one bedroom and also came back to stay in a two bedroom very quiet though nice area for the school surrounding to have great kitchen space. Would like to stay in a studio to return yours truly Miss. Marquez😘

This place was great when I moved in. The rent for a one bedroom went from $1042 with all utilities included except electricity. But now it will be $1210 without utilities. It just isn't worth the price anymore when the place right next door charges about $20 less and they have balconies/patios. But it is a good place it's clean I've never seen a roach anywhere in my apartment or outside.

I have been living here for past 3 years now and in my experience the property is clean and safe. The property manager, Raquel is friendly and helpful. They respond to maintenance requests quickly, Miguel is so helpful and goes over and beyond to help, maintenance works around the clock. I would definitely recommend it because it’s a really nice and calm area.

I like living here and it is very quiet. I love the fact that the school is near by. Maintenance is always on top of their work. In all the years that I have lived here I haven't had any roaches. For the people that are saying they have roaches and they claim that they are "clean"...that's a damn lie. You have roaches because you're filthy. They have free pest control fumigation here which I always use because if I see one tiny roach outside my apartment trust me I am on their list to be fumigated. So my car got towed this morning and when I called the office to ask why it got towed and she said that I didn't move my car in time because they're fixing the parking lot. I explained to her that I was unaware of this and she said that there were notices posted on my door and I explained that there was nothing on my door and there are kids that run up and down the hallway by my apartment and maybe one of them ripped it off my door, because I didn't receive anything. After that she explained that there were signs posted everywhere which they were not. So now I'm stuck with paying 275$ tow bill
