First of all I want to give a shout-out to their associate Matthew, who was a big help by answering my questions via email about applying online. That said, the application process itself is just plain broken: while applying, the move-in date changed but there's no way for me to update that on the form and there are multiple required fields on it that are simply not applicable to me (such as previous employment before my current job & rentals), meaning I can't continue on. Between that, a price hike, my bank being bought out later this month, and the fact that my emails stopped being replied to

WE love it here! These apartments are clean, well kept, quiet and safe. Very family oriented community. The staff is AMAZING! Ms Lillian goes above and beyond her job. She keeps it professional, but still shows that she cares. You can tell she takes pride in her job. Our maintenance man Will goes above and beyond his job as well. I have 2 special needs boys that feel comfortable and safe here. I highly recommend living here. We have been here going on 3 years and do not plan on leaving any time soon.

Lilian at Asante Villas was the reason I decided to move into these apartments. She was very attentive to answer any questions and doubt of mine , she was communicating with me the whole way to let me know where we stood on the application and explained everything thoroughly. I recommend asking for Lilian if you guys are looking to lease an apartment at Asante Villas. Just moved in it's okay but there are a few inconsistencies. This is the second time in a row that the pool is closed on a weekend but when asked they say it's open from 9a-6pm, residents come out with there kids and you have different people calling to get ahold of someone anyone and we All get no responses. It's okay but communicate new hours, so families aren't out there waiting with their kids.

We moved in after being told the lease would change to month to month after the year contract. Now that our contract is ending they refuse to honor the month to month and so we are being forced to move because I don't want a new year long contract after we have had 4 major leaks in our apartment, one of which made the ceiling in the kitchen cave in and crumble on us. Don't walk, RUN AWAY!

I'm looking for a one bedroom for my grandmother who has a low income. I talked to Maggie and although they don't have one bedrooms there, she gave me information to other places that do and gave me other websites to search too, I was surprised how she went out of her way to help me even though I'm renting there.

I recently toured this property and the staff was lovely and accommodating. The place looked beautiful and well kept. Other tenants had amazing things to say and I am very excited for my lease to be up at my other apartment so I can finally move here! The pool looked really clean too! The amenities seem great, and I am very much looking forward to moving here

This place is great if you love sharing your home with cockroaches, having your car broke in to and items stolen right off your patio that has a 7-8 ft high fence that obviously doesn't stop people from taking your things, people fighting and arguing all hours of the day and night and a management that couldn't care less. I've lived in several apt complexes in Moreno Valley and this is by far the WORST! I wish I could give it negative stars. I can not wait for my lease to be up.

This is by far, the MOST exotic apartment for the price. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you to the management team for making the out door area so much cleaner and relaxing :)

I am a current tenant here at Asante villas and overall enjoy living here. What people fail to remember is this is an apartment complex. There's a lot of tenants and not a lot of workers, but the apartment manager, Rachel, always does her best to accommodate to everyone and in a timely manner. The apartment itself is nice and it is what you make of it. I enjoy my apartment and the central AC that we have and I really love the parking here. When my family come over they have no problem finding parking close to my apartment and having a pool and a gym is always a plus!

The Asante Villas is a wonderful place to stay, it's very quite n simple, the amenities are great the management team is very understanding n work with u, the grounds are kept very clean throughout the complex. You'll rarely have any problems with ur neighbors being loud or up late makin nosie. Also you'll have an very exciting time living here especially with an one of a kind Manger Rachel G. and her lovely assistant Melanie
