We absolutely LOVE this place! Assistant Manager Yessica went above and beyond in providing answers to everything we asked. She was kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, available throughout the entire application process. She made it so easy for us. And because of how she treated us, we immediately felt we could call this place "home." The apartment is amazing, especially the convenience of all the appliances being included, and the location of our apartment on the property is just perfect! The Gym and pool are also a huge plus!! Thank you again for everything.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with this apartment complex. I submitted an application and while it was not approved which is totally fine, the apartments have neglected to return my deposit that they said I would receive within 10 business days. It has now been almost 3 months and every time I try to call and check the status of my refund, someone tells me that they will forward the message and someone will get back to me..

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
I lived here for 3 years with my girlfriend and we had nothing but issues with the leasing office. Management changed over 4 times in the last 3 years and so have all of the employees, there is no investment to create a great culture here. To start off in the first year our AC went out in a record breaking heat month in July, management provided an external AC unit that blew warm air and had to get a hotel for almost 2 weeks. Our inside temperature was at 90 degrees! - their response was “We are waiting on quotes to come in, we’ve provided

Moved into Legends this month, and so far I have had the best moving experience. I relocated from across the country and the process was so easy and smooth. I was able to get most everything done while over 2000 miles away. Taylor in the leasing office has been such a huge help to me during this move! She’s been informative, attentive and made sure to provide me with all the information I needed. Everything was organized, done quickly and any concerns I had were immediately addressed. I love it here!

By any means do I feel like this is the experience everyone will have. These might be the best apartments to someone, but not to me.
The apartments are nice but the kitchen nor the bath were done when we moved in. It was such a rush and I did not feel accommodated at all. The Master bath was peeling since the get go. I brought this to the 3 managers that have managed the property ever since we moved in (Back in April 2020.)
The new management stated they have no record of any complaints or notes saying so. They also said we need to be out of the apartment for 24 hours to fix the bathtub and would

I echo the other rave reviews about this complex. It was beautifully and scrupulously maintained. I live near the pool area which has one of the better views and a great deck. All the units are different, each with its own pros/cons, so it's nice (depending on availability).
Since the new management company took over they have done a phenomenal job of cleaning up the community. The last company that was here let this place go and the residents really suffered. I have seen so many changes and the quality of the property has gotten much better.
