I took my grandfather to see Dr. Wrubel based on excellent reviews and we were extremely impressed! Scheduling was easy and they were able to see him within 2 weeks. Their administrative staff members were very kind and helpful.
We first saw the Doctor’s assistant who was attentive and made us feel welcome. When he saw Dr. Wrubel, she explained everything very clearly and she listened to all the question we had, and took our concerns seriously. I have dealt with eye issues for years! I have been a patient at Cleveland clinic and never had a true explanation about what is causing the problem. The doctor I saw today took the time to talk to me and explained in detail exactly what was going on. He explained everything in detail and set my mind at ease.

Doctor and staff were on time for my appointment. Made good suggestions as to issues I was having and how to resolve them! Had individual service to help me choose frames. All done and out the door in about an hour - great service!

Always great to SEE & have an exam by Dr. K.! She's the best! The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly! Love the great selection of Eyewear too! Would highly recommend to anyone at any age!!👌

After our experiences today, I will not recommend Chesterland Family Eyecare to ANYONE.
After arguing with me about how our eye insurance is a "discount program" and charging me $422 we get home and check our insurance...yup I WAS RIGHT the exam and $140 of the frames are covered as well as a few other things...not a tiny percentage like she argued with me about!
So, my hubby gets on the phone and argues with them. They bring our bill down to $180. Awesome...except then they proceed to put my husband on hold for the entirety of his lunch break to correct the bill ...30 minutes without ever picking

Friendly doctors, assistants, and front desk folks. All equipment updated. Doctors are extremely focused on staying up to date with new research. The assistant today was extremely patient showing my daughter how to put contacts in and out. Dr. Grant educated us today on methods to slow the progression of nearsightedness in children. This is fairly new to the US and I'm thankful they provide this service! All staff are nice and genuine:)

Very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. From check in to meeting with Dr. Grant everyone was super. They were very thorough during the exam and made me aware of some issues I'll have to continue to track. I am very comfortable having Dr. Grant continue to monitor my eye health.

I dearly love Dr. K. She is the only doctor I can say that I look forward to my yearly exam. I drive from the west side. Wherever she goes I will follow. The entire staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. They are a outstanding group.
