Dr. Sayed Hasan has been practicing in the Mentor area since 1996, opening his first private practice in April of 2012. He then opened a second location in Parma in July of 2013, and will be expanding yet again into Willoughby Hills this June.

I called yesterday to see if my glasses had come in and they told me to check again tomorrow if not tomorrow than Friday which would be the end of the week so i called today and it went to voicemail so i waited and called back someone picked up and then hung up ... I thought it was am accident until i did it again and the same women picked up and hung up on me i tried one more time and I was immediately put on hold and that's where i am at right now ive been on hold for just a few minutes maybe 6 and i wouldn't have a problem with that if I didn't get treated so rudely before.. Terrible service. First they called and said lab needed to remeasure the bifocals spot. Said they would not fit properly in lenses I picked. I went in and found this incorrect, but it delayed my glasses 2 weeks. Then they never called to say they were ready. I went in and they said oh, sorry. They’re ready. Brought them out and they made lined bifocals instead of no line like I ordered. Send back to lab. How long? Oh 2 business days. Be ready Friday. I HEARD this on speaker phone. So I go in Monday. As of when I originally posted this review to google, I had not been to my actual appointment yet. I had JUST booked a moment ago for the following Tuesday. I have had so many unsavory interactions with various offices' poorly trained and rude receptionists. It is worth dropping a kind word for this business when I came away with such a friendly feeling. I am looking forward to my appointment. I hope the rest of the staff is as friendly, couteous, and professional as she was.

I went here last year for glasses and an exam and they were very nice. I'm going again today, hopefully I have the same experience. I had an imperfection of some sort on my eye and I was promptly referred to a specialist. No other eye doctor had seen it. It turned out to be innocuous and nothing to worry about until I get older, but I'm glad the doctor felt concerned enough to mention it and refer me for treatment just in case it was.

I stumbled upon Clearsight after I purchased a Living Social deal that they offered.
Dr. Hasan was extremely nice and very helpful when I was entirely way too indecisive about choosing between two pairs of frames!
Furthermore, when I mentioned my Living Social deal, Dr. Hasan actually helped me save more money by recommending his buy-one get-one free deal. While this didn't stack with the Living Social deal, I still came out ahead.
