There is no parking spot for guests, If your family or friends want to visit you, there is no space to park their cars, they have to park half a mile away in Costco parking lot, the worst thing is, even they can't park overthere overnight. So there is no way to have any guest overnight. Worst management I've even seen.

Terrible management. The only thing they're doing is saying "I'm sorry". The complex mail box got broken a month ago and post office doesn't deliver our mails. we all have to go to the HB post office and grab our mails every day. The management is not gonna fix it and whenever I ask them they are like I'm sorry I'm sorry.

This is verry verry cheap apartment and the mannager is very ashol . mor than 10 time i was say to them my naber smoked marijuna and i have alergic to smell but they say we are sorry .and mor than one mount post box is broken and they dont fix it and we have go to post offic and to got our letter and meny of my latter is lost . writ now you are judge you can come to this apt and lease or go samwhere. and also they have 4000$ penalty if you are going to leave.

I just moved in recently and I am so happy and excited. The whole process was so nice and comfortable, especially with the help of the manager, Jonathan. He was honestly so nice and really thorough in explaining everything I had any questions about. He truly cares for the community and wanted the community to feel the most comfortable here. I was really happy to work with both Melina and Veronica. I originally toured the apartments with them before coming back.

It was my fault I saw the bad reviews on yelp and google but I thought it was not accurate. This place is so bad... I regret moving here every day and can't wait until the lease ends. After only 1 month at Artisan Apartment Homes I wish I can move back to my old complex. The leasing office has the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Management is constantly sending out aggressive letters to ALL tenants about violations with threats to fine you, even if it does not pertain to you. Maintenance is constantly entering your apartment, even without consent to do so, to check/inspect/install items. Parking
