My father was a sculptor, and recently a very special and valuable piece of his art fell off my mantle and broke. The piece was made in the 60s from sterling and needed special solder and specialized knowledge to fix it. Nathan and Regina did such fine work, the piece is completely restored to its original glory. I am so happy to recommend ARK for any art restoration project you need. If you've been putting it off this might be motivation to get it done. It was a pleasure working with them and their pricing was very fair. I look forward to many other projects together.

Never have I ever had a more wonderful and stress free experience! Nathan and his wife Regina at Ark Restoration NYC are AMAZING! Truly wonderful and talented people. I brought my boyfriends grandmothers ring in on Wednesday to be fixed. Part of the gold ring had snapped and it was unwearable and my boyfriend was devastated. Ark Restoration fixed it by Friday and when I picked it up, I couldn’t even tell it had been broken in the first place! They did a PERFECT job. I’m SO happy and I wish them all the blessings in the world. I will definitely be using them for their great services and telling

I believe them to be the best restoration in New York but it does take some time with them. Fair prices for the work they do and they are very very nice people. Make sure to check in from time to time on the progress of your items to keep things moving along. It's always fun visiting their studio, there are so many beautiful pieces they have around that they are working on as well.

I had an unexpected and wonderful experience at Ark Restoration. I sat with Regina and she told me how she would fix my vase. She showed me around their amazing collection of objects and restorations and told me remarkable stories about some items. She also gave me advice on remediating water/heat damage on a dining table i have that dates back to the 1840’s. It worked like a charm. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with a cherished posession that needs fixing. A real throwback to the golden days of NYC.

I love that Ark is a family owned business by people who have spent their lives honing their craft, and it shows. Their integrity, creativity, and skill is unmatched and I honestly don't believe the work that they have done for me over the years could have been done better anywhere in the world. I would trust them with anything.

Terrific, exceptional, museum-quality work and restoration. The owners, Anatoly and Regina, are experts in their craft. Not only are they a pleasure to work with (every time I meet with them they treat me like family), but they are extremely talented and do flawless work. I had bought antique soap dishes and porcelain that my cleaning lady broke, and not only did they reassure me they could restore my (very sentimental) belongings, but they actually delivered.
Other reviewers note that there are no "rush jobs," and I would agree. They do take their time, but when it comes to fragile

I came to Ark Restoration for the advise on what can be done with one late 18th century earring that belonged to my Grandmother. The second earring was missing. To my joyful surprise, the owner of Ark Restoration was able to recreate another earring that is exact match to one I already had. The workmanship was excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable.

ARK Restoration and Design is a place where magic happens. You can bring Rena and Anatoly a precious (to just you or in the real market sense) broken item and it is miraculously restored to perfect condition (without any trace of prior damage). I’ve shown up with broken glass, ceramic, bone, ivory and other items and no piece was too difficult to repair. And along the way, I’ve learned so much from them. Their knowledge about and passion for porcelain and other beautiful objects is infectious. And the jewelry that they produce is stunningly beautiful.
