I bought a new home and due to different complications with CO it took forever. Also being first time home buyer there was a lot for me to learn and go over things again and again. I am pretty sure things for some others can be even more complicated but going over 4 months and just waiting for me to give a go ahead I found the services provided to me were exceptional. We cannot stress enough how lucky we were to have Gil as our broker. We had some unique issues in relation to getting final approval for a mortgage and he made the process go smoothly, all the while reassuring us that it was all going to be fine. AND IT WAS! Wow! Amazing amazing service with this mortgage company. Nathaniel Pratt was always readily available to help us. In the midst of global pandemic, we never felt the pressures of the crazy market. Nathaniel even made it where we were able to close before our closing date. Again, in the midst of the pandemic he worked diligently to get us into our now home ASAP. He was so polite and never made us feel like we were bothering him (we called him a lot lol). Overall, the experience was amazing with this company. I had a very positive experience with Artisan Mortgage. I worked with Gil and he's hands down one of the best. Other companies I tried to work with didn't give me the time of day and would always judge me because of my credit. Gil never judged me, prepared me for the worst case scenarios, was upfront, honest and professional, and as a result, I closed on my beautiful new construction almost two weeks ago. Jim is amazing! He helped us through every step of purchasing our first home. He was literally always available to answer any questions... He is super responsive, knowledgeable and honest. From start to finish, we felt that Jim had our best interest at heart -- he explained everything (sometimes twice, when needed) and he made sure that we were completely comfortable throughout the process. His mortgage 101, which we asked him to go through several times, was incredibly helpful during our search. He made us aware of things to look for while searching online home listings, and helped us to understand how the mortgage process works.
On top of all of that, his worksheet is very accurate and extremely helpful. We saw 6-8 houses a week, and would send him the numbers that he returned to us within a day.
If we had a question, we would email or call, and he would respond almost immediately.

To say first time home buying was an experience would be an understatement. I had not a clue how to even start this process other than I should get pre approved for a mortgage.
