My best friend got married there. The staff was prompt when assisting the bridal party and they were nice while serving at the reception. The setup up was gorgeous for the ceremony and reception space. There could be a few chairs where the bridal party waits to come out especially for the women since most wear heels but that's just a suggestion. Everything was great! I also loved the setup of the bridal suite. It needs a sink outside the bathroom or a wet bar added.

Had a great wedding reception at the Heights Villa. The grand ballroom is very beautiful and had plenty of spare room even for our 200 person event. The facilities are top-notch as well big prep area for caterers and 2 bars.
Brendan and Cathy were great to work with they even threw in a photo booth and fresh flowers to make our even more special.
We had the party in the middle of the COVID pandemic and had to reschedule twice. There was a fee to reschedule to the next year, but honestly COVID hurt everyone. And it won’t affect my rating.

Great place to hold event, I was there this past week for a event. I found it decorated very well with up-lighting and air-conditioned was very comfortable (72 degrees). The bar area was very clean and decorated, also restrooms were in top shape. Also coming through the black iron fence as the entrance in to the courtyard was very landscaped it. I find this venue set up very well and organized, I did have a chance to meet the owner he was a very nice gentleman.

My wife and I got married here on April 23,2021. This place is so beautiful we were the first wedding to enter the new renovation in the grand ball room and the upgraded suites everyone loved it. Our Wedding coordinator Leslie she was amazing and Phenomenal she knew everyone’s name in the wedding party and her Awesome husband DJ Roy was our DJ and he was amazing he played any song that was requested. Our photographer/ Videographer was tony they had a list of Photographers and Caterers we went with Ral’s food was so Delicious I wish I could give this place 10 stars because they are really great

The way this place made my family feel is no way a (Venue / business owner)should ever construct business with a family trying to do something for their daughter. They threaten to sue if we left or made a point of view, of our experience with them. The amount of discomfort the employees and owner made us feel was mind blowing. Typically, I do not leave any negative reviews on a business however this venue has taken it to another level. We booked our daughters Quince for last year and we changed the date due to a scheduling conflict and paid the fee. We were given two options of dates to choose from which could not happen, due to Covid. Do not book with the heights villa! I cancelled My event there and went with another venue due to differences/regulations and they kept my entire $12,640 that I paid them. My event date hasn’t even happened which was June the 26th and they Didn’t reimburse any money back. I don’t think it’s fair because they should have at least reimbursed the… money that they do not have to pay out due to my event not happening. October 14th 2018, I was a bridesmaid at a wedding The Heights Villa hosted. The venue was disorganized, not sure if they were lacking staff but they were poorly prepared. We wanted to make the most with our time (before schedule) to have a pre ceremony rehersal with the groom, narrator and Reverend. That is when guests start cascading in from multiple entrances. With guests flooding in at all doorways, we literally had to push through doing our best to not be recognized. This was stressful for all of us, especially since the ceremony was special and told a story, we wanted nothing to be revealed

I had my wedding here. DO NOT get Leslie for your planner she's awful. She just doesn't have the right personality and is pretty cold. She had no patience for us to make decisions and I felt rushed in all of our meetings. I did have a life beyond the wedding and I once asked a question twice and she was like we already went over that last time... I almost never write yelp reviews but after our experience last night I absolutely had to write something. The Venue itself is decently pretty and gets the job done however the customer service was so incredibly bad I have to warn everyone to steer clear of this place.

Our wedding day was September 17, 2016 in the Grand Ballroom. It was absolutely spectacular. From the beginning, Brendan, Cathy, Lesley and Jamie were quick to respond, attentive, dedicated and just overall helpful. They remained so even through our actual wedding. They helped ensure the room was flipped quickly, since that was a concern of mine, and Brendan was kind enough to capture a moment between my father and I just before I walked down the aisle. I seriously could not have been more stressed out and anxious, but every time I met with Cathy and her staff I was immediately put at ease. They went above and beyond for my groom, my family, our bridal party, and guests. I am so grateful to them. They made our day exactly how I hoped it would be - beautiful and fun!

I was a guest at my cousin's wedding at Heights Villa. The entire venue looks a bit old and outdated from the outside and you can only have the wedding inside. The ceremony and reception area is separated by an outdoor hall. Insides of both areas looked pretty nice especially with the white canopy. There were also several smaller rooms attached to the main spaces that looked like they could be used for overflow.
