Decided to buy a bike from AVT. Aaron was a straight shooter. He told me where he got the bike and what he knew about it. Aaron never tried to misrepresent anything. We had a minor misunderstanding however Aaron was quick to return my call and rectify the issue. Aaron stands behind what he sells. My mechanic looked over the whole bike and said its a "great bike." Also the DMV was slow playing me on my tags and blaming it on AVT. Aaron went full poppa bear on them. Got my tags 4 days later. The only thing I wish was better was my interest rate! I would do business with Aaron and AVT again

I purchased a bike with them over 90 days ago and they have still failed to register it in the state I currently reside despite taking my registration fees and all of the taxes that belong to the state I live in which they have not transferred. So I've been sitting on a bike all summer that I cannot legally ride. Communication is sparse and like pulling teeth and made with promises that have fallen through unfortunately. Keep getting the run around. Not what I expected from a place that had a lot of good reviews. They have left me with no choice but to take legal action now. Definitely wouldn't

Excellent buying experience. Aaron was awesome. Answered all questions, worked out a great deal, helped me buy the bike I wanted. He helped handle all the details with my trade and the DMV. I went to every dealer in Temecula and got no help. I went here not only did they stop to help me but I was very up front about the prices I wanted and they said they didn’t have anything I wanted a really cheap bike for my first Harley. That did not stop them from answering my question knowing I wasn’t buying a bike from them. Let me sit on ALL the bike and just talked with me. They told me when I got a bike bring it in so they could safety check it for FREE!!!!! Knowing I wasn’t getting a bike from them. So I did just that they said my bike was nice and I got a great deal. We’re not mad

I highly recommend this place. It doesn’t have great reviews for no reason. Go check it out, nice prices on bikes and parts. Ben and Aaron are great guys over at the Vtwin and they helped me get back on TWO wheels and came down on the price so the bike would work in financing. If you got $h!t¥ credit they will still take care of you, I’m a witness 😉👍.

Brought my Dyna here after it went down. Don and Aaron were great. Very professional and made the insurance process a breeze. Don took special care to make sure I was in the loop and involved in the whole process. Ben did an amazing job sourcing all the required parts and getting the bike repaired. Shout out to the technicians for their hard work and the care they took with my bike. Hands down a great experience made easy by the vtwin crew. 10/10

Great shop! These guys are awesome. Anytime I have questions they are always willing to help me out. Prices on their bikes are fair, they will not rip you off like the bigger dealers. I bought my bike here, went back for repairs after an accident and my bike came back to me better than before. Highly recommend checking this place out!
