Casey is the owner of Cafe Customs which opened in 2019. He has always had a unique skillset for motorcycles since he was young. Prior to opening up his location full-time, Casey had been professionally working at his local Harley Davidson dealership for over 16 years. 13 years of those were in a variety of positions such as a shop forman, lead technician, and part manager, all while running a side business out of his garage.

Best shop by far, Casey is the man, period, I brought my VERY tired softail in, and Casey gave it a new lease on life, felt like a completely different bike, "good enough" is something you will never hear him say, good enough for him......is perfection. I live over 100 miles from his shop, pass MULTIPLE shops along the way, and have never considered even stopping by one of them. If you want the best work, the best eye to detail, and the best vibe possible go see him. PERIOD. I don't write a lot of reviews, but when something comes along that is this good, you want to get the word

Can not find the words to thank Casey aka the Harley Magician for performing his magic on my Dyna. The level of commitment to his craft and attention to detail are unrivaled and it shows in the end result. I came to him at the beginning of the year wanting to do some motor work but was still on the fence on pulling the trigger. I cannot say enough good things about Casey. I was referred by the folks over at THD for service on my Buell and decided to pay a visit. From the moment I met Casey, I knew that he truly cared about his craft. He has since performed work on both my 1125R and my Road Glide and I cannot be happier with the results. Casey is far and above any expectation and experience one would expect from a motorcycle expert. He is on the same page as myself every time when it comes to my bike. This is my first ever review that I had to do for this spot. Been on the hunt for over a year for a mechanic who cares about my bike as much as I do and is OCD when it comes to the details. Casey is the man and so stoked I found this shop. I brought in my 01' Dyna T-Sport because I felt I was loosing power in the clutch as well as several other things I wanted to address with the hike to give it more power. Honestly, in all my time in around customer service, ive never been treated so well. Cafe KILLED it working on my bike. He went above and beyond, and i dont think my bikes ever run this well. Took it in for a belt, and he literally solved EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM IVE EVER HAD WITH MY 2017 Dyna Streetbob. Literally a blessing. And his prices BEAT chopper gallery and harley. Amazing dude, amazing shop! Never going to another shop EVER again!!

Casey is an awesome guy and great mechanic. Over the last 10 years I have put all my trust in him with multiple bikes and would recommend him to anyone looking for a top tier mechanic for their Harley. Bought my buddies dad's 06 street glide just before a long cross state 4200 mile ride. Living in San Diego a friend highly recommended Cafes Customs and told me Casey was the man.
Took the Street Glide up to get it ready to go. Told Casey what I was looking for, a more aggressive ride that was still comfortable and He knocked it out id the park!! The bike looked and feels just where I wanted it. Topped the bike out with no speed wobbles and handled curves like I was on a sport bike. Hand warmers kept my hands toasty through the Rockies and new sound system was perfect.

My very first experience with a Harley Repair Shop was an absolute nightmare. I was ready to lose all faith in Harley Humanity.
My painter, Mando at MCC Designs, kept me mentally afloat and made a recommendation.

It been almost a week since I got my bike back. He really went above and beyond with the service. I have been following him on Instagram for several months. After seeing the effort and detail into the bikes, I decided I would make the one hour+ drive to Temecula to have the 30K service done.
I am beyond satisfied with how it's running now. As soon I ripped out of the shop, I had an instant smile on my face. He also went ahead and did a couple of extra things that I greatly appreciate.
Aside from the great work, Cafe is really personable and easy going. All around

Ok, so, I wanted to wait a bit and put some miles on the bike before I wrote a review, and here's the verdict.....I have put 1000 worry free, headache free miles on the bike so far, with many many more to come. I brought my bike in and it hadn't seen any actual riding for......well, let's call it too long, EVERYTHING needed a little attention, some things needed more, but by the time my bike was ready to be picked up it was like a whole new bike, and Casey really put in the extra attention to detail, every drop of fluid is new, new tires, new air cleaner, killer new internally wired bars, upgraded

I brought my bike the 70mi from San Diego to Cafe to work his magic. 100% was worth the trip. Fixed an oil pressure issue, dyno tune, shocks, clutch, and a couple small things that I probably would have missed if I didn't have him give things a good once over.
The bike rips, the tune transformed the bike, shocks ride on rails, clutch feels connected to rear wheel instead of slush. Put 200mi on in last 2 days just after work, definitely renewed my love for the bike.

Casey is the man! You can tell he really cares about his customers and their bikes. As he was working on my bike he sent me updates of what he was doing and showing me what needed to be replaced with pictures and videos. Got my bike back today and it feels SOLID. Casey came highly recommended and I was apprehensive at first because of the many other "mechanics" I've taken my bike to. Casey did not disappoint and I'm glad I finally found someone who not only is great at their job but also willing to help answer any questions. I had handle bars installed, which I thought would take a few days to install but got a call to come grab the bike the following day. I'll definitely be back for more work and appreciate the awesome work.
