The mission of Stillpoint Holistic Studio is to provide holistic pain relief by serving the highest good of the client. We believe in providing comprehensive care with integrity, compassion, and honoring the body's infinite wisdom. The issues are in the tissues: the body's cellular memory contains the stories of your life, your accidents, surgeries, trauma, and illness.

We tap into the tissue memory to release pain and dysfunction that no longer serves you, via reprogramming the nervous system for a fresh start. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on approach that helps the body self-correct its restrictions via the Central Nervous System. Lymph Drainage Therapy is excellent in removing swelling, toxins, and inflammation from the tissues.
Services
Ula Katsoulis (LMT, CST) specializes in Visceral Manipulation and Craniosacral Therapy. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York and Pennsylvania. She has been practicing and refining her skills as a manual therapy practitioner since 1994. After six years as a Five Element Shiatsu therapist, she attended the Swedish Institute in New York City, where she studied massage therapy, anatomy, pathology, and neurology.
The birth process can create adverse infant experiences that can generate mild to severe central nervous system dysregulation. Craniosacral Therapy performed in the delivery room or within the first few days or months of life can potentially reduce a wide spectrum of health challenges, many of which might not become known until the child is in school.
During your initial phone consultation, I'll listen carefully and ask questions to find out how I can best help you. I will determine if we are a good fit and will be able to work together, since this process of healing and discovery is a team effort. A typical session takes place in a quiet, private setting.

Wonderful! With only one appointment, she was able to help with discomfort from a hiatal hernia. It's felt just fine ever since!
