Could not be happier with the service. I went there for a small windshield repair from a rock. Every individual was very friendly and professional. I broke the rear window one my 2019 Ford f150 late one afternoon. I called discount auto to see if they had the window. They did and I booked for next day morning. I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff was pleasent and treated like a very important customer. The price was very reasonable.

After 8 times, I still having issues with windshield. After the eighth visit, their tape pulled paint off the vehicle. After going back, with the paint on their tape, I was told since my paint was coming off the front of my hood, I had a paint issue and needed to contact a body shop. I replied no, if you woulda pulled paint after the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd ti.e back, but the eighth? That is not my issue. He said I am done and all they would reimburse me is one hour of labor.. Would not recommend to anyone. We did exchange words, but that is irrelevant. Just real shifty customer service, not with the
