Excellent service. Been going here for years. Tires are excellent quality at a price that beats all tire stores!

I had a flat tire one day after work. My coworker pumped up my tire and we noticed KC Rim Shop was open so we went because they were open until 6:00! We got there and my tire was patched right away! It was so quick and affordable, I loved it. Thank you so much!

The sales associate and installers were exceptional and accommodating. I had a small window of time to be without my vehicle and they worked with me to get a serious upgrade on my audio. They installed it and 12 hours later I was driving cross country thumping down the highway the entire way.
Price was reasonable and competitive for this type of service.
If you want sound, they got it. They offer lots of other stuff also. As I was checking out a fella was discussing lifting his truck and upgrading his tires.
These people know their stuff without and will shoot straight with you.

This shop is great. I was looking for my some rims for my truck as mine were slightly bent. Didn't need anything fancy. They didn't try an sell me anything fancy no pressure buying very smooth process. Will be back for future business.

This place is awesome!! The lady working the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and saved me from making a bad purchase. I can’t stress enough how courteous, professional, and down to earth everyone is. The technician showed me how to get my emergency brake light to go off. It was such a relief considering I thought it was a problem internally with the dashboard. Anyway, you will not be disappointed!! They have nice rims and tires in stock at a fair price and I didn’t have to wait for installation.

They were very friendly and easy to communicate with! I came in on a Tuesday to order my tires, got a call Wednesday that the tires had came in, and got my tires put on Thursday morning! No appointment needed! A payment plan was set up online and during the transition of getting my tires put on, the guys told me exactly what was going on. Definitely recommend this place! Will 100% be coming here again the next time I need tires!

They did great work on my tint for my mustang. Guy at the counter offered great advice for what percentage to go and it looks awesome. It’s super nice to have a lifetime warranty, the tint has no bubbles, fading or wrinkles, and was by far the best priced. I dropped it off for the day and they had it back to me by the promised time. Great experience all the way around!

Great people with good work ethics. I didn't know they include lifetime tire service with purchase of a set of tires. A couple months ago I had a flat; I brought it by to see if they could fix it. When I asked how much it was going to be the girl at the counter said "don't worry about it." I really like the place... I've considered just hanging out there sometimes. lol

Do not go to this "classy" shop. Not only did the so called manager call my 16 year old a pu$$y I called to resolve the situation and he wouldn't give me his name and hung up on me. We will not be returning. I would recommend staying far away from this place. They do not honor warranties and bully 16 year olds

Really really bad first impression. Called them and was immediately put on hold. Not for long, but then the lady got back on the phone and asked me how she could help me. As soon as I started speaking she started talking to someone else beside her totally ignoring what I had to say. Then she comes back and said, "What was that again about your car stereo." That's when I ended the call. No need to go further if that was how it was going to start.

I had a stereo, speakers along with front and rear camera's installed here. The camera setup was tricky. They did a great job hiding the wiring.

Total rip-off for audio. Everything low grade is overpriced and everything high-end(ish) is astronomical. They are nice when you first talk to them but If you want to change your mind on doing business with them, they are very combative and rude.
The owner even said he "calls bulls***" that I found better prices elsewhere, which isn't hard to do. He then continued to tell me I can come in to pay the prices listed, or I can forget it and he can keep my deposit. Piss poor customer service.

Had a good experience here, bought used tires from here! Did end up that one tire had a hole in it! But took it back there and they, fixed it No problem! Thought they were good people! Will go back when I'm ready to buy new tires also! They got me in and out no problem!

Terrible customer service, would not take back and give a refund for a under dash/window mount car antennae that did not function as described. Lost a customer over $40. Buyer beware.

Last year, I had been struggling to find used tires for a week from Craigslist and finally heard about KC Rim Shop through a friend. They were very knowledgeable about the type and quality of tires I was after, and installed them quickly and they have been working great.

Since then, I've used them to install a remote start in my system, and referred them to many of my friends. I pride myself that I support local businesses that care about people coming back. They were having a Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal going on, so I was able to get a free remote start in the deal.
