My husband and I ordered a sympathy arrangement of plants, flowers, and a bow, for a family member. As you'll see from the pictures, the one we ordered and the one delivered are remarkably different.
1. We're not upset because they didn't include white Peruvian lillies. We're upset because they didn't include ANY flowers. We didn't expect a perfect match, but we did expect an item close to what they advertised.
We bypassed other arrangements on their website because they didn't contain flowers/accent features. It didn't matter because they sent exactly what we passed on. We appreciate that they
