I placed an order with Bob’s on Friday morning early. The flowers were for my sisters birthday which was Friday. I told the woman who answered the phone that I wanted to send a Fall arrangement. Something with sunflowers, mums, etc. The flowers were delivered on Saturday with roses & other non Fall colors. The roses looked half dead.

What amazing customer service! Recently my husband ordered flowers for a funeral from Bob's. The arrangement was made and delivered. Unfortunately, the funeral home took them to the wrong funeral. When Bob's heard about this they credited our card for the cost of the flowers plus sent planters to both of the deceased's children as an apology. Incredible! The funeral home retrieved a 4 day old arrangement from the cemetery, which they thought was ours, and returned it to Bob's😖 Bob's went above and beyond to correct a mistake which was not theirs. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the bouquet delivered to my grandmother. The lady that answered at Bob's Flowers said it might be 2 or 3 days til delivery because of COVID-19 slowing everything down. They were delivered in 2. I had placed an order for a $60 Thank You bouquet, with emphasis on purples (my grandmother's favorite). She was very happy with the flowers delivered. Luckily my uncle was at the house to help her take photos with her phone. I think Bob's Flowers did an excellent job and will gladly hire them again for further flower needs. My grandmother is so happy with them that

Went in for the first time, very lovely shop. I a bwas in of a hurry and the woman put together the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my daughter's orchestra. They are very friendly, quick service. love to go back when I have more time to look around, they had some lovely things I want to get for Christmas gifts.

I ordered a Beautiful Twig Cross with White Roses and one Red Rose in the middle. It was Breathtaking to see. After the Funeral service the Cross was taken to the Loved One Church for Lent Service. The Basket I also ordered was taken home as I ask to be done. I just want to say Thank you again for doing an outstanding job on both arrangement.

Bought flowers for my girlfriend today at this place, she cried immense tears of joy and told me she loved me. Got comments from both her and her sister that the roses were so picture perfect, the only way you could tell they were real was to smell there lush aroma. She loved the teddy bear i got her too. We will be celebrating our 6 months together this coming Monday

My experience with Bob's Flower Shop in Northampton, PA was wonderful! I could not have asked for better customer service. I live in Texas and called them over the phone yesterday. They worked really well with my budget and were extremely friendly. I was originally told that the arrangement could not be delivered until Wednesday morning because it was the end of the day on Tuesday. I actually received a phone call from my friend 2 hours later that she had already received the flowers (this was 2 hours after I placed the order.) Bob's is fantastic!!! I cannot state that enough. I work at a local retirement community in the area, and Bob's frequently supplies our flowers. For example, their flowers were recently captured in the local Northampton Press for our facility's Veterans Day celebration.
Their bouquets are beautiful. They're very helpful, kind, and even generous. I highly recommend them.
