I stick to a basic rule of thumb when it comes to real estate. I do not take every home for sale. I do not work with every buyer. I limit myself to a few listings at a time so that I can devote the required time to each one. Same with buyers. I cannot work with 30 at one time. I do not have assistants so you get me and all of me.
Let the so called "fast food agents" work those loads and sell billions and billions of homes. Keep in mind, the product of that philosophy; cheap fast food at a fast pace. I'm more of the Ruth Chris, Morton's type of person. Same price but way better service. I have had some of the super agents tell me that it is all in the volume!

I bought my first house (a condo) with Buck when I was just 23. He acted like surrogate family and helped me find a good neighborhood, one acceptable for a young lady to live in alone, and a great deal. Closing was a breeze (sure, I worked at the Credit Union where I got my mortgage, so I could hassle them a little bit) for a foreclosure, and Buck looked out for me the entire way as a rookie home buyer. I couldn't make it to the set inspection date due to work, so Buck took the reigns and did the entire inspection with the inspector for me. I found, bought, and closed on my first house

I was lucky enough to meet Buck when I rented a house after my divorce. He was a wonderful property manager. I knew I only wanted to work with Buck when I was back on my feet and ready to buy a home. I worked with Buck for a couple of years until I found my perfect first home in the neighborhood I wanted to live in. He was patient with me, and made the process very easy. He is the most down-to-earth, friendly, fun guy! As corny as this sounds, my kids and I kinda feel like he is family and we are forever grateful for what he has done for us.

Amazing, patient, friendly, and honest! that sums it up! Buck will be my Realtor for ever and i am eternally great full for my 1st home! the most stressful process i have ever been through, but he held my hand and didn't give up, took all my calls and stuck with it even when i didn't want to! Love to look at my son play in his own room, and walk up to my front door, i owe it all to Buck for one of my biggest accomplishments to date.

About 4 years ago Buck got me into my first home. Buck sent out an e-mail the other day and said he was interested in getting some Yelp reviews, so I thought this was the least I could do after what he did for me.
OK Folks, Let me pass on my two cents about the ol' Buckster (Buck Simpson). Now, I started off my journey with another Realtor. Eventually the person I was working with got out of the business and referred me to Buck. I was looking for a home for a very, very, very, very long time. To tell you the truth I was living with my parents and they were in no hurry to get rid of me

Buck is the Best! I've met a lot of Realtors through my job. Buck is the Best! Totally professional and a wonderful personality. Gets the job done!

There is No way I would be sitting on my couch in My living room right now if it weren't for Buck. There were a few large obstacles, during the process and he just kept "talking me off the ledge," and making the necessary calls. ESPECIALLY you first timers, like me... Buck is your man!!

I move around the country a lot, but still own a condo in Loudoun Co that I rent. Buck has been my Realtor/Property Manager for almost four years now and I couldn't ask for better service. He is always quick to find me tenants, resolve any issues, take care of any projects, and keep me posted about any goings on. He really makes me feel that even though I might live all the way across the country, I have nothing to worry about. He is professional and always goes the extra mile to make sure my property is in good hands while I'm away. I would recommend him to anyone. He's the best

Buck did such a great job finding us a townhouse. He stayed within our budget and found us the most for our money - and fast! We fell in love with a house, but we came across a hiccup that could have prevented us from moving in. Buck immediately got on the phone and worked with the other agent to resolve the issue, and we're moving in next weekend! We couldn't have done it without him. We will always use Buck for our real estate needs!
