I can't stress to you how much of a pleasure it was to work with Robert Burroughs. He is so organized and thoughtful. Robert showed us more than 20 homes in less than 2 days. All were to our specifications. With his experience, he helped us beat out several other contracts to help secure our home. Then, he worked tirelessly to make sure we could close in 30 days. Not only that, but he took care of making countless calls and did several negotiations to make sure we didn't have to stress. He saved us hundreds if not thousands with each negotiation. I had to switch public school systems (Fairfax to Loudoun) for this coming school year (Fall 2012) and my agent at Partners Real Estate provided me with an extensive but manageable list of all properties that matched by expectations.
