Bought our first house in the Coachella Valley and the seller's agent recommended that we use Marvin for the inspection. Marvin was very punctual and, for a reasonable price, thoroughly inspected the property and its curtilage; paying attention to the slightest details.
His professional and comprehensive report was emailed to me on the same day. It suggested several repairs and improvements which were subsequently performed.
Marvin kindly answered questions over the phone and even came back for a follow-up inspection upon completion of the suggested repairs.
