Bruce provided a timely, thorough inspection of the condo we were considering purchasing. His written report was easy to understand and included photos of every area discussed in the report. Advantage Home Inspectors are truly professional. 6 stars ! If your looking to buy a home go with Bruce and advantage. AND BUYERS, DO NOT USE SELLERS OR YOUR AGENTS RECOMMENDED INSPECTOR. The inspector will not do his job and just turn a blind eye to major and most minor issues. They are instructed to so by the agent who hired they $$$$....enough said, Bruce inspected my whole house plus pool and all mechanicals. He was very professional and in the end took the time to review the inspection and give me repair recommendations. He is very knowledgeable regarding the construction and maintenance that

I've been a real estate agent in the valley for the last four years and have been able to see many different inspectors do inspections for homes. However, I have yet to see any inspectors that can top or even match the quality and skill that Bruce and Paul bring to their inspections. Bruce responded incredibly quickly to my initial enquiry and was able to undertake the home inspection within just a few days. His report was both extensive and informative and was made available to me within 48 hours of his visit to the property. Bruce is phenomenal. He is incredibly detailed and thorough in his home inspection. I recently went into escrow on a flipped home and thanks to Bruce we caught several red flags that would have been major issues had we found them after close. Bruce came and inspected our home. He was prompt extremely thorough and with all his high tech tools was great. Both AC units were an issue and the owners agreed to replace both units. There were some other minor items but the owners repaired them as well. Thanks again for an excellent home inspection.

I have used Bruce twice now and both times he and his reports could not have been better. He's friendly, knowledgable and very professional. His reports are amazing. Super detailed, my most recent report was 68 pages long and had 186 photos! A dozen high-tech gadgets he uses help him find and quantitfy hidden damage. It's hard for anyone to dispute when Bruce lays out the issues AND the evidence in easy to understand language.
He's happy to answer questions (once he's done) and offer explanations regarding the significance or importance of any issue he finds. He was able to accommodate our rush
