Here's a huge shout out to Art Gomez and the whole Unify team for helping me and my family/friends with all our financial needs. I first walked in to Unify back in July 2021, since then they have helped me TWICE!; walking in I was not only in a financial struggle but I was stressed. Once Art explained my options and walked me through the process and gave me the help i needed, everything slowly started falling into place. How can they help you, when they cannot help themselves? I have had the most difficult time trying to open accounts. It should not be this hard for US citizens to open an account in their very own country. They asked for tons of paperwork, even after it was given to them, they gave me the runaround. They have literally wasted 3 weeks of my time and blamed someone else for them not opening the accounts. I will be filing a formal complaint because they have no idea what they are doing.
Any bank has to be better than them.

I'm sitting here waiting on paperwork to sign to get my credit builder loan and they're taking forever. This has never happened before. The first loan officer never got back with me on my application so I had to reapply again. This shouldn't be happening.

I'm very disappointed in the service I received today. (Normally I get great service here.)
The gentleman who helped me in the absence of a teller repeatedly gave me incorrect information about the total amount I was depositing (as a regular monthly loan payment). I had given him several hundred dollars in cash first and then a check, but he somehow forgot about the cash and was basically telling me he was crediting my account for only the check. He did seemed distracted by other customers who were standing behind me, but what was so disappointing is that he never apologized, and that I had

I felt like I was going to the doctor's office during my last visit here. A young man met me outside with a clipboard . He asked me if I tested positive for Coronavirus, had a fever, traveled outside of the country, and if I had been in contact with someone who had Coronavirus. I told him I thought the questions were invasive. I only visited the branch to make a deposit. I told him nevermind and I used the ATM machine. I understand the concern. However, The CDC states social distancing of six feet is appropriate. I have an account at another credit union and that's the protocol they follow

I have been a customer of the financial institution for over 20 years. I owed $1.00 on an overdraft protection account which I was not aware of. They turned it to the credit agency and it ruined my good credit rating. AGAIN THE AMOUNT OWED WAS $1.00. I have complained to the bank several times and I just hear they are taking care of the problem. If it were not so STUPID it would be funny. $1.00 !!!!

I love their online banking and customer service when I have to call in. Can't be beat. But this location needs to train their associates all the same. Came in about 6-7 months ago to deposit the change I save up. All rolled and packaged. The guy tells me...Why did you roll it? We will count it here for you so you don't have to? What?!?! I was so happy. Rolling is boring.
Come in today with the change, separated by quarters, nickels and dimes. The two ladies working ..... What? Who told you that? Someone from here? I don't know why they would say that, we don't do that. It

I wish i could give no stars. We have a vehicle financed through them and I've never dealt with a finance company that was so unorganized and lacked the ability to deal with their customers. We set up auto payments but they didn't process it for whatever reason, we didn't notice the payment not coming out and had to deal with a repo. This company does not care about its customers, and doesn't take responsibility for its mistakes

If you like banks that make you wait 20-30 minutes because their location is small and understaffed. This is the bank for you.
I live in Lakewood but avoid coming into this branch at all Costs. I feel bad for the staff; they are actually very nice but they can't make decisions to hire more people or get more space. It's not fair to them either.

Mr Louis Ortega is a banking savior, smart, friendly, and savvy in this industry. We needed a loan to cover our rent and he came through in time of need. First time ever walking in and he treated me and my girlfriend with dignity and respect, he explained to us all the services and how to get on a financial game plan for success being that we're young. With less than perfect credit he got us approved. I'll be recommending my family and friends to Mr Ortega he's an amazing human I can't reiterate how much this guy is made for this. I was with a previous credit union for over 20 years with zero problems. Then unify took over. Now, where I used to do online banking and the payment was sent out the next day with my old bank, It takes unify 4 days to send my payment and they send checks not electronically. If I forget to do my bills four days before my payday, I'll have late payments. Because of the long delay of them mailing out checks. There online has glitches and is always going down. I put this review on here today because of a glitch in there system, they sent all my bills TWICE which wiped out my checking and

The customer service here is great.... but don't get me wrong everyone has the opinions, unfortunately why I give this location a 3 star rating is that the wait...... it's a beautiful store no doubt customer service is great but siting and waiting for a teller to come and to assist you may be a hassle. It's a tremendously long wait to the point it's uncomfortable. They are low on staff to assist the many customers coming in. It can get bit unorganized when one teller is working with one customer, and trying to assist the customers in the lobby as well. It can get a bit overwhelming

This credit union lost $450 of my money? They kept insisting that they didn't receive the money when I saw it come out of my main checking account

What the hell. They also didn't issue me a debit card after a whole month. I had to go through in person to grab one... A bunch of very slow, unexcited bankers who don't know how to help you. It was exhausting being here. Applied for a credit card, no response on that either...
This place is a nightmare!

As you walk in, there's a waiting area in the middle of everything and a couple cubicles on the left side. If there's a line at the counter, the staff in the cubicles will often help those waiting in line if they can.
