Dysplastic nevi (atypical moles) are pigmented lesions of the skin that can be inherited or acquired. I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr Z office and his staff. I have usually always gotten in before my appointment time because I am always at least 15/20 minutes early.
I am always asked first how I would like to be addressed Mr Thomas or Doug or Douglas.
I always get a full body check every six months and if I need to come back for any reason then do so.
As many of you know skin cancer and other skin conditions can be very uncomfortable.
I also have a allergic to mosquitoes as I have gotten older not that they didn’t love my blood before it’s just harder to heal as I have

Being a new patient,I was very impressed, with everyone.From the moment I walked in a friendly staff member greeted me.He than helped me fill out my paperwork.( very much appreciated and greatful) I than was put into a private room where I than explained my concerns to the Dr's assistant, he wrote everything down.Dr Wongkittiroch came in very nice, professional caring, knowledgeable and thorough.She explained everything to me in detail and took her time with me.Made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Zarraga was not only professional, he was polite and very informative. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the organization of his practice. I'm new to Florida and heard abut zroc dermatolgy through my insurance, so i was very skeptical at first. It turned out to be a great experience, would highly recommend!

Excellent doctors, excellent practice. Dr. Zarraga is extremely pleasant and professional, and is communicative without being patronizing or confusing. He is personable while also being obviously very good at what he does. The office staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient. His office runs on time, and visits go smoothly and easily. If every doctor visit went as easily as the ones to Z-Roc, people would be happier about healthcare.

I wish I could give ten stars to Z-ROC Dermatology! Dr. W is the derm I've been looking for on and off throughout my life, clearly, with no success until now. I've seen her a few times now and there are no words to describe just how happy she's made me.

We just moved from Palm Springs, CA to Wilton Manors so we asked our neighbors for a recommendation. Z-Roc was the # 1 recommendation. They were right. I just had my first appointment with Dr Z. He was awesome. He listened, gave options and I felt knew what he was doing. I would recommend him without hesitation. Also his support staff were equally kind and responsive (something I can’t for for many doctors front staff).

I think the first time round the experience was positive. However after having gone back for a 2nd session I have to feedback on the totality of the experience. To be brief the dermo is professional and personable, but I feel I was rushed and I didn't have a personal experience. I feel perhaps volume at the establishment has become an issue. The nurse/s remitted with getting you ready was very nervous and anxious which didn't help matters. So the experience was not good. In addition there was a serious comms issue in terms of securing the medical product required. So very disappointed.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Zarraga for a couple of years now. He’s treated me for Eczema & skin tag removal. I recently saw him to get a cyst removed under my left eye. He is charismatic, professional, caring & to the point. He treats you like a person rather than a patient. His team is a well oiled machine. I never waited more than 15 minutes in the lobby. I highly recommend him to anyone I know & anyone in doubt.

Dr Zaraga is amazing!! He is a doctor with fantastic bedside manner. He is super personable and very knowledgeable in skin and skin care. I have been a patient of Dr Z's for over 5 years and have referred many friends and family to his office. After disastrous disfiguring Moh's surgery I just received notification from my insurance carrier that my claim is denied due to incomplete information submitted by Z Roc. Aetna made 2 written attempts to secure the necessary procedure codes to process my claim as well as a personal phone call appeal from me 5 weeks ago to which they responded "Its in the mail". Neither Aetna nor I ever received the necessary information. Now since the claim was denied and being over 120 days old it will require a special appeal process to reinstate.

Unfortunately if you are looking for someone who cares and really spends time with you I would go somewhere else. Not only did I come 15 minutes ahead of my appointment as advised by the office but by the time I arrived they asked me to wait in my car for 20 minutes. Then I had to sit in the waiting for about 30 minutes. And finally waited in the room for doctor for about an hour and a half. Just to make everything worse, as soon as the doctor came in she said "So please tell me how did hear about us".... Excuse me lady but I just waited for about two hours for my appointment and that

This office is by far one of the best Derm offices I have ever been to. The staff is so courteous, helpful and friendly, you feel like you've known them for years. Both doctors are incredible and up on all the latest in Dermatology. My daughter goes to Dr. Zarraga and I go to Dr. Wongkittiroc. She is incredible. I had to have Mose surgery on my face and I was so nervous because I had a bad experience somewhere else years ago...she truly did a beautiful job. I ended up having her close instead of going to a plastic surgeon and I have to say she is amazing. The scar is minimal and with time

I have been to Z-ROC many times over the past year and will update with 5 stars when my experience is complete, but I am generally pleased with the appointments I've had with both doctors.
I have been in for a wide range of problems from aesthetic to dermatological surgery.
Both doctors are friendly and efficient. Yes you have to wait for an appointment, but I am used to waiting for good doctors. Sometimes you can be seen quickly.... sometimes over 35minutes, but that's just the nature of dermatology in my experience.
I have seen Dr. W for Botox and more serious skin issues. She

Absolutely horrendous. I have been going here since i moved to the area and I'm VERY disappointed. I made my appointment over a month ago and confirmed last week (there is a 24/hr cancellation policy). I arrived to an empty office 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and signed in. Multiple other patients arrived and were seen. I waited over 30 minutes before I got up and left (4th patient that arrived 20 minutes after me did it). Unbelievable.

I have been to many dermatologist as I have passed some 22 operations for skin cancer and I was skeptical about this one because I had a good relationship with another one who had closed.
I have been there now possibly four times and each time they have done the same thing to me:
1- treat me with kindness and respect and make me feel welcome when I talk to them or come in through the door.
2- spend some real time and concern on the issues that are bothering me explaining what is going on, what is recommended, what to expect, and even how long it might take in terms that I am comfortable with

Absolutely Love the doctor she is incredibly talented and knowledgeable but made an appointment took the brightline train from west palm beach got off in ft Lauderdale took an uber to get to my appointment on time and could not see the doctor they were so behind and unorganized spent 30 dollars on just uber to and from the train.. i work in… Miami they really ruined my entire day.. i really think i could have handled it better but the young lady at the desk never apologized or seem to care she doesn't reflect the doctor at all..she totally act with a don't give a dam attitude

Dr. Wongkittiroch is the best dermatologist. I have been to a lot of dermatologists in my lifetime because my body is covered in freckles so I can make this bold statement. She came highly recommended after I was complaining that my other dermatologist just seemed to not care. For me when I go to a doctor no matter the specialty, I need a caring professional. It's very important to me. She is also not an alarmist and that is equally important to me. I went to a dermatologist before I went to Dr. Wongkittiroch and she told me a mole needed to be removed. I didn't tell this to Dr. Wongkittiroch

I had fillers done by Dr. Zarraga. He is the best! Incredibly caring with a wonderful bedside manner. He listened to all my concerns and recommended treatments. He didn't try to talk me into anything else, and there was zero pressure during my consultation.
