The foundation of our practice is built upon our board certified dermatologist's expertise in diagnosing and treating various skin cancers. We consider multiple factors when constructing the most effective treatment plan for our patients. With various modalities available in our Fort Lauderdale location, we fully and confidently remove skin cancer with optimal outcomes.
Dr. Chaplik has been performing neuromodulator treatments since their FDA approval for wrinkles in the 90s. Since then, a few more have come to market, and we have accumulated an extensive experience with each and every neuromodulator. At Aesthetix Skin & Surgery, we use neuromodulators, often referred to as "wrinkle reducers", to improve, refresh, and rejuvenate just about any candidate.
BOTOX Cosmetic is an injection used to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines and crow's feet in people 18 to 65 years of age. This is a quick procedure that requires no downtime or recovery, ofter referred to as a "lunch hour procedure". With a few injections, BOTOX blocks nerve impulses to the muscles in your face, reducing their movement.
Dysport is an injection that improves the look of frown lines and crows feet. Properly administered, it's just the frown lines that are minimized, not your normal facial expressions. Dysport is a great alternative to BOTOX and we see patients get excellent results with improvement in moderate to severe frown lines.
Dr. Chaplik has been performing facial filler procedures since the late 90s. He was one of the first physicians to inject the newly FDA-approved, non collagen product, Restylane when it came to market. We use filler to shape the face and restore volume; however, we often apply products to augment or balance certain features and proportions.

The staff,( medical assistants and administrative personnel) are enthusiastic and responsive to your needs . I have been coming to Dr Chaplick’s office for many years. He is highly professional. He also sees his patients through a personal lens, (very understanding and reassuring ). The office is clean and the staff always aims to prevent and reduce all possible health risks while in the waiting room.

I just had an amazing experience at this office as a new patient. Dr. Chaplik is great and I am so relieved to have found this office for my dermatology needs. They don't push products, they are interested in your overall health, and Dr. Chaplik's bedside mannor is wonderful. I can't believe I am saying this but I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr Chaplik is an Exceptional Surgeon , I have had several procedures performed by Dr Chaplik, Biopsy, basil cell carcinomas, precancerous lesions and Mohs surgery, The entire team is extremely professional , attentive and caring in the treatment process. I had a recurrent basil cell on the side of my nose which was treated 9 years ago and therefor Mohs was the preferred treatment at this time. I was very concerned that I might be left with a severe scar or worse , yet the end result is absolutely excellent. The entire process was painless and I took only one Tylenol the night of the surgery just

Dr. Igor Chaplik is an excellent knowledgeable Doctor. I have been using him for years. He is always thorough and helpful. He will answer questions and makes excellent recommendations.
Every time I see him he is always very happy and energetic. He really enjoys speaking to his patients and making them feel comfortable. I have recommended him many times to my family and friends. Hopefully I never have to move because it’s very hard to find such an amazing doctor.

Absolutely love this office! This is my go to dermatologist from now on. My experience was exceptional. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Not to mention they are all very punctual(which is always a bonus for me). From the moment I walked into the office I am greeted with a genuine smile. Dr. Chaplik had great bedside manner, attention to detail and great in assuring me on his treatment plan. I also have bought his care products that I was told he works directly with a chemist to create. And they are AMAZING.
