Waterworks Car Wash

The outside of my vehicle looks nice, but the inside is always left with dust. This last time (as in previous times) I asked the girl for her rag so I could wipe off the dust...I kid you not, the rag was more dry than damp. No wonder the inside is left looking poorly. Maybe if you pay for the detail work it'll be better (as it should be). But for the money I paid (around $24). I'm better off taking it to one of those $6 dollar washes with free vaccum where you do the inside yourself.

I've used this car wash a number of times and have consistently been pleased with the results. They are fast but have good attention to detail. I've also had a more intensive service which runs around $100 and I will use it again as kind of a mini-detail service. It really spruced my car up. Definitely recommend.

This place used to do a great job but sadly it is now terrible. $30 wash and they were finished in less than five minutes. The inside was basically untouched. Not even a quick wipe down on the console. Water spots on the outside of the car. It’s unfortunate as this used to be my go-to car wash. I would go elsewhere for the price and complete lack of effort you will receive.

I used to bring bring my cars every other week and the car washes were great. In the last 18 months the quality of work and attention to detail is gone. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and been there 4 times, all with the same result. Today was the last time. I paid $23 for a car wash I could have gotten for $10. The workers lackadaisically slap their towels across the car, quickly run a brush across your tires (when you pay extra for tire cleaning). I just picked up my car from getting an interior detail. Rosa did my detailing and it looks INCREDIBLE. I swear it's cleaner then when I first bought it. I did the full interior detail + pet hair removal. Definitely coming back here and recommending anyone and everyone who asks.

Didn't clean the whole truck when I got their "detail." I can't fathom how this took an hour to clean or how this was any different than the standard wash. If you're not going to clean the enclosed bed, make that clear to me before I waste my time and money.

I purchased the $29.99 wheel deal and they did a terrible job. I was only in the area for a short meeting as I live in Castle Rock so it wasn't an easy fix to turn around and have my vehicle redone after needing to get to another appointment. I spoke to a Manager immediately after speaking to your rude front desk girl who tried making excuses for your lazy team.. The Manager also stated I should've checked my vehicle before leaving. Really? So I should also get a paycheck as well too then right? I paid for a service, part of the service isn't to inspect the work of YOUR employees!! Forget the dusting

I've had nothing but good service here throughout the years using their various packages (basic washes to full detailing packages). My car lives in an alley and I drive to the mountains a lot. They always do a good job and clean it up nice.

Mediocre service, EVERY TIME! Today was no different.

Attendant: arm raised indicating car is ready.

Me: walks around car noticing dirt completely around the lower part of the car, so I summon an attendant to point out the dirt.

Attendant: wipes small area up under driver door, then goes to wiping the window, leaving the dirt everywhere else?

Me: takes towel and completes the job myself.

I used to be a really good tipper here.

If you want a half assed car wash with water makes, left over residue, & paint scratches then by all means head to this place. Everybody aside from the cashier has a poor disposition & unbelievably blasé attitude towards any all customers & it seems even too each other.

I constantly have to ask, even with a wax & all the details, to wipe down several different parts of the car after it's been through the wash, inside & out. I tried tipping 20's over a period of about 5 washes but that didn't mean anything to the workers.

Terrible wash. $130 to have my car looking like the included photos. It was my first time here and I figured it would be a good wash given the ratings. There must have been a point in time where people received a free “wash” if they left a good review or something.

I live three blocks away and finally decided to bite the bullet and get a full detail. It cost roughly 230 (because I have pet hair). I went in without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in 3 hours before they close. When I got back to my car I was in shock. I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt I got this much value out of the money I spent. They did an AMAZING job. The vehicle, that is 10 years old, looks almost brand new. They even colored in some of the curb hits on my wheels. I was reluctant because three years ago I paid someone double to detail my jeep and had a terrible

I want to compliment the Waterworks staff They were very hospitable and willing to help. I wanted to highlight, Manual, the Manager (excuse me if I got the spelling wrong), was empathetic to your last visit as there were some items forgot in our full wash and interior package. It was pleasant and felt stress-free to bring up the situation from the time before. He was "on the ball" and took care of us immediately. We will definitely be coming back and we recommend Waterworks, highly.

Terrible wash + even worse management = damaged window & dirty car
I went to get a car wash and paid extra for the floor mat clean. When they gave me the truck back it was still covered in dirt inside and out and the mats were filled with water and still dirty. I tried to ask for them to complete the job but every single person ran far away before I even had the chance. I didn’t have time to chase people down so I left with a worse cleaning than if I did it myself with the $1 vacuum.
Apart from the sad excuse for a wash, the worst part is they scratched the inside of my driver window. I called

Paid $40 for a detail and my car still has bird Poo on my roof, dirt marks on my hood and streak marks on the window. I feel like I paid for my car to be rinsed off. When I arrived to my car I told someone my car was still filthy, I was told to come back in 10 minutes which I did and nothing had been done. So I picked up a towel and did it myself. Needless to say I will never be coming back here and they've lost my business forever.

I have been coming to this car wash for about 13 years. There was a time that I was quite satisfied with the job performed. I am a bit disappointed that some services that were commonplace have found themselves into a new price bracket-- e.g. cleaning the floor mats, wiping down the door panels, etc.. I was rather distraught after going in today. When they pulled my car out, the antennae was basically hanging off. I am not sure if their top washer brush broke it out or if it was already weak and the brushes helped it break more or what. The manager on duty was kind enough to do his best to reattach

Been coming here for years for the $30 car wash. I have had items stolen from my vehicle from time to time, but the wash was always decent, lol. Today I discovered that they no longer include a rinse of the mats (you have to pay $10 more for that), and they consider this (see photos) to be an adequate interior/console clean. Basically, I could have paid $1 for a vacuum and $6 for a wash at Conoco and got a better result. Instead, $35 later (because you still should tip), I still need a car wash. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. I made an apt online and paid for a seat shampoo and they didn't even TOUCH my seats.....
They gave me the wrong service and everything. Said they were going to fix it but never came to me to get the keys. The manager had them redo it and was helpful but I was 1/3 people that had issues. After 3 hours, got to come home with a still dirty car

Paid for the complete detail package since I had just bought this car from a friend and wanted it to feel like new! It’s was definitely an improvement but no where near what I hoped for after spending $300+tax+tip
I waited 6 hours after being told 3-4 hours and there’s still significant amounts of dog hair, easy to clean dirt throughout the vehicle. Also, the entire middle console was completely forgotten with drips of product running down it.
Really disappointed especially since this financially was a big treat for me.

After a rough snow storm and many hours driving across Colorado, it was time to get the truck cleaned up... so we drove all the way across Denver, simply to make sure we could get a great detail.... no expense spared. Unfortunately, the expense was not spared but the result was TERRIBLE.
