Established in 2007 The Glo was developed using the model that two brothers from Detroit Michigan - Dale and Larry Huggins - implemented in 1970 to streamline the traditional full service car wash process which they used for the previous two decades. It's unfortunate because my partner and I really liked this place. We'd gone several times and it even started a couple conversations about owning a car wash like Glo.
I wish we would have read the reviews and seen the pattern with management. It seems like management usually deny any damages that happen to vehicles and blame the customer. This was no different when after vacuuming the passengers seat, large gashes started to appear in the fabric. I couldn't figure it out. The rips in the seat weren't there prior to the car wash. I then looked in the hose. Broken glass. I then looked at the ground

Great car wash went early AM on a Tuesday. Lines were crazy long in the later day post snow. Very nice staff. Clean facility you can see its taken care of. Great vaccuums!! These vacuums really get the job done. Over all great car wash highly recommend. Love the mat cleaning station at every vacuum area. Very well thought out.

This place isn't bad, but it can be super annoying. I'm a member, and the member gate NEVER opens up upon me pulling up to the arm. It has issues reading my plate. Not sure why this can't be fixed? Also, their website is trash. I've tried updating my payment info and it doesn't even allow you to do that. Must have to do it at the location. If these 2 things were fixed, it'd be a great place. Get it done, GLO!

Do not use this place. I have used them for 6 months.. I started seeing rub marks on my 20 in black rims. I only use them. I only noticed because I went to wipe down them because their wheel shine sprays the rim and tire. I had a nasty film of dirt and brake dust that was not clean looking. My tire is a low profile… I told management about it and since I came in there and the rim was already like that they will not accept responsibility. There is a difference between curb rash and the color being rubbed off… I will never go back

I purchased the Glo+ tire shine wash option for my car. I left the wash and noticed a weird sound coming from my car. I figured it was water coming off the car or something drying after being wet. It became louder so less than a mile from the wash I pulled over and noticed that my entire fender liner on the left side was off and scrapping against the ground. Bought a Lexus back in December and signed up for the monthly plan as I love to keep my car clean and shiny. I had washed and waxed the car in January to keep my paint job flawless. I washed the car later that month and noticed a light scratch on my bumper when I was drying it off. Was not happy but figured it may have been a rock or something. Super disappointed. The only thing keeping this from becoming a 1 star is the nice attendant who attempted to assist me. I purchased a #3 wash, but upon going into neutral and looking up at their wash indicators, saw it was set for a #1. It was my first time here so I didn't think anything of it until I pulled through and saw my car was still extremely dirty and some paint had come off of my vehicle. I let the attendee know about my concern and he also noted that my tires were untouched, but stated that they use foam to wash the vehicles which should not scratch the car so I thought maybe it happened

Been coming here since it opened they've had issues through the years where quite often the blowers at the end with the heater in them aren't working and that's the case most of the time. other issues where I've been in line and it's broken down on me and I had to back out and leave. I mean don't get me wrong I think it's a good car wash but again today I was there and I waited in the monthly member lane and at least 12 to 15 cars went by in the other lane because they had to deal with a lady who's credit card expired and stead of just running her through

Twice and still no luck.
Attendant agreed it was still dirty and sent me through after. While I waited for the line to ease up I thought I would vacuum out my car... well tried 4 different spots and NONE of the vacuums worked they were low pressure or not working at all. Ive been to glo before and it was good but after this time I won't be going back.

My favorite neighborhood car wash! Always professional service, free vacuums, a good wash at a good price, has a generous 3 day rewash policy (rain or shine!), and they even gave me a random complimentary wash once. Only problem is now everyone else has discovered how good it is.....it is a busy place.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Adam with the hippie beanie and messed up teeth.
Mind you, we called before we even went to the wash and they said they are open.
I came here today just to wash and vacuum my car.
Then this guy named adam comes up talking to me in a very condescending matter about not seeing a sign about members only and right away starts accusing me of spreading diseases.
I asked him why he was talking to me like this and he started accusing me of assault and threatening to call the cops on me.
First of all, no one could see a sign driving up, the only one I saw had

I wanted to write another review as I have had another great experience at this car wash. I have been going to the glo Car Wash for at least three years. I used to live really close to it; now I drive from Broomfield and pass multiple car wash locations to use the glo specifically.
I have a car rack that I have used with and without a skybox in this car wash. Recently, I went through the wash and my rack was hit by one of the roll brushes. Upon review of my vehicle, I found that it had pulled the roof rack base out of my roof on the front right side of the vehicle.

This is the absolute worst place to get a car wash pass. I have tried to cancel my account 3 times I've spoke to 3 different people about getting it canceled. They continue to charge my account and they don't answer their phone. I advise everyone to think twice before getting a car wash pass here! Worst customer service ever!

Avoid. I've seen the horror stories of scratches on people's cars from brush car washes but have always had good luck. Until now. The glo left two major scratch areas on my trunk. My car is pretty beat up anyway but I went to let them know so they could at least change their brushes before more cars had the same issue and they didn't care at all.
A lot of people have had good experiences here, and I have too, but how a company handles when something goes wrong says a ton. Stay away.
