The customer service is great. Everyone who works there seems to be genuinely happy to be there. Driving through the car wash itself is fun, like driving through a mini carnival of multi-colored soaps that smell really good. Then there are the vacuums, unlimited cloths and cleaning products, all of it free, to detail your car and floor mats.

Absolutely excellent experience with my first carwash here. Vincent helped walk me through all of the tools and equipment that they provide to detail your car. The top tier carwash was pretty good, just had to use the microfiber towel afterwards to clean up a few spots. Would recommend this place to any fellow yelpers and I plan to return!

I love this car wash. You never have to get out of the car, just drive on through. Does a great job cleaning the car and they have a lot of amenities to detail your own car. Very nice staff and the owner, Jimmy, gives back to the community in various ways. Highly recommend. I have their monthly premium service.

I love this car wash. The guys working there were so nice and helpful. Our car was filthy on the outside and inside. Our 4 year old loved all the lights and colors while going through the car wash. The vacuums work great. They have car scents, car cleaner for the interior and glass cleaner. They also offer clean towels for cleaning. They even have a big sink to wash your floor mats if they don't fit in the floor mat cleaner.

I really like this car wash for the nice vacuums and cleaners and scents you can use to really get your car clean. The other day I was there Vincent helped me straighten out my bent up license plate and put a new mount on for me for free, he also helped me figure out how to put on my new wiper blades. Not something you’d expect from a car wash but definitely appreciated.

We had a marvelous experience at Jimmy Suds. The car wash was fun, with the lights inside & also a nice scent, & the car looks brand new. Also, we were given Smarties when we pulled in!! The staff, especially Vinny, was super friendly & helpful. Everyone waved to us when we pulled in, very welcoming. I love that you can clean up the inside of your car after going through the wash—all included!! Great experience overall. Will definitely be coming back :)

This is a photo after going through TWICE. My car was not super dirty and was detailed less then a month prior to today.
I have been to this place several times and they were always very friendly. I have always had to go through the wash twice regardless of the wash I get (I have tried every wash they offer). I understand that can happen with certain vehicles and appreciate until now they have always cared to make sure each customer leaves happy and with a clean car.
Today the person working was extremely rude. He said there is no way someone has let me go through twice every time. He agreed

Best car wash. The staff is always super friendly, the owner is often (if not always) on site and clearly cares a lot about customer service.
The value is amazing for the monthly membership. And the most important part- it's the best car wash I have ever gone through. We moved out from the East Coast and the bugs on the windshield and grill...wow. But they were no match for the effectiveness of this car wash.
Maybe they have better water pressure and soap products than other places - I don't know but whatever it is - it's awesome.

By far one of the best car washes I’ve been too! The owner actually came to make sure I didn’t need any help. He explained their process and what they have to offer at the wash. I was impressed that there was amenities offered where most place you pay for these services. In addition to the wash there is also vacuums, mat steamer services, interior air fresheners, window cleaner, and interior cleaner. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back!

I rarely wait more than five minutes.
Vacuum here is after the wash (if you are used to Bucky's and the pre wash vacuums), and is set up for you to finish all your detailing. I recommend wiping the doors down, as there's something about the way the water sprays and my car's driver side door that doesn't make contact. A quick pass with the supplied towels does the trick.
Crew is cool and polite.

(Written during covid time so this may deviate from their normal operations). This drive through was easy and simple. You pull in through the lined up safety cones and there's an automatic machine where you choose which service you'd like to pay for. A person walked over to help push the buttons on my behalf. After the gate lifts, you drive towards the drive-through and an attendant will tell you to stop, put the car in neutral, and they'll take it from there. In a matter of minutes, you're all done. After the wash, they even have free vacuums that you self-service and pull

This is easily the best car wash I've been to in my entire life! Seriously. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The car wash itself works like a dream, and the prices can't be beat. They also have vacuums and air pressure guns so you can detail the inside of your car. My car was exceptionally dirty. The manager took notice and let me go through twice, which was unexpected but totally appreciated. Will definitely be coming back, and will be buying a prepaid book of car washes. They have unlimited plans too!
