I am trying to make a claim for my storage unit that was broke into. It has been a tough road, and there are a lot of things that are going wrong with the claim. Now that I opened a claim for it, they have dropped me from my home owners insurance, due to claim activity! 1 freaking claim and they cancel me! The reason for having insurance is to be covered, hut here if you use it, they will cancel you! The insurance is not even cheap here so beware!

My granddaughter recently had a accident, and I did the claim forms and there ×as no judgment towards my husband and I or my granddaughter. State Farm did their part and before we knew it, it was over. Very professional, helpful to make sure our needs were met and that she was ok.

Courtney Brandt assisted me with an issue I was having with the State of TN regarding one of my vehicle registrations. She pinpointed the problem immediately and resolved it the same day. Courtney went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, courteous, and professional. She followed up with me the next day to be sure everything had been cleared up and sent me the appropriate application to correct the mistake made by the State of TN. I am very grateful as I had tried to fix this issue myself without success. This level of customer service is so hard to find these days. I can recommend Courtney

Mr. Nichols has been my State Farm Insurance representative for approximately 11 years now and I have always been happy with the service and the price of my insurance.
I moved to another town but have maintained my business with them since I don't feel anyone could do a better job and the 30 minute drive over (if I need to see someone in person) is just a pleasant little drive.

The one thing I would like to compliment about Phil Nichols State Farm office is the people I have worked with over the years. Buddy Tarver was the absolute best and took care of our every need, sadly he was taken from us several years ago. Since then I have worked with Greta Wattenbarger and she has also been absolutely great! Whatever my need it has been taken care of promptly and efficiently.

Most insurance people I've ever worked with were just concerned about how much they could charge you.... But my experience with Phil Nichols and State Farm is totally different. Phil truly cares about his customers. He is fair on his quotes. & When I've been in a really tight financial situation before, his company worked with me on my payment to keep me from going out of force.
