First of all I have Medicare for the elderly and I still paid a lot for my glasses.( It took darn near 2 months to get the glasses) Even though the staff is unprofessional as well as the owner/manager Jason who is very rude. Jason who tighten up my glasses and cracked the glass. The glasses had to be tightened because the screw kept coming out. I remind y'all I purchased RAY BANS !!!! The glasses kept cutting my face. So I called and told them, and after 3 weeks had went by they had called at 1:10p. I told that the glasses had cut my face real bad and I took them off and put them up when I cleaned

My mother's glasses were badly damaged after she fell so I took her to Cheek's this morning to see how much replacement glasses would cost.
Even though we didn't buy her glasses at Cheek's, a gentleman behind the counter offered to attempt to fix them for her. He spent a considerable amount of his own time doing a fine job fixing her glasses and only charged us $5.
I can't remember the last time I received such helpful, friendly service from any business in Columbia. I would recommend Cheek's anytime.

Paid over $500 for a pair of spectacles. I insisted that the vision was double and blurred from the moment I put on the glasses. They told me to wear them for a while and it would become better. It has never and now, 6 months later, I am taking another eye exam to get new glasses because it's never been clear vision for me with this pair. Love the frame! And my sister, who recommended me, has sang the praises of this bunch for her glasses.

I've been a regular customer at Cheek's Optical for many years and always come away "seeing clearly" why they are such a successful business. State of the art equipment, family owned & operated, huge selection of product, and professional, knowledgeable service including a Doctor on site will satisfy all your optical needs.

These are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Dr. Burns, the optometrist, is very nice and professional. But, most of the office staff, especially the man that makes the lens (older guy with gray hair) were rude and unprofessional. They treated me as if I was bothering them simply because I came in and asked if my glasses were ready. He rudely told he tried to call me twice the day before but when I showed him that the call log from my phone had no missed calls from them, he became very dismissive, basically insinuating that I was somehow lying. When I asked him why he didn't bother
