Mobile Vision Professionals
At Mobile Vision Professionals, our mission is to provide convenient, exceptional eye care and services to the community. We are passionate about providing eye care services to those who would otherwise have limited or no access to an eye doctor. Here at Mobile Vision Professionals, we bring the office to you! Almost every piece of equipment you see at your local eye doctor comes in a mobile or portable option.

We are proud to offer our patients the same quality comprehensive eye exam they would get in a traditional office setting. Although we are mobile and come to you, we do not see patients in a van or trailer, but rather in the comfort of your home, office, or health care facility.
Services
At Mobile Vision Professionals, Dr. Douglas Hassenpflug and our entire Brentwood optometry team are committed to providing advanced vision care in a professional and comfortable environment. As an optometrist in Brentwood, our primary eye care service includes a complete eye exam that analyzes eye health and vision function.
For over five years, Dr. Doug Hassenpflug worked part time as a contractor in both Arizona and Tennessee providing mobile eyecare services to the elderly in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. After seeing the extreme need to provide eye care services to those who have limited access, he decided to start his own practice focusing on providing eye care to those who have difficulty accessing quality eye care.
Skilled Nursing Facilities- Our goal is to provide coverage to every skilled nursing facility in the state of Tennessee. Our portable equipment allows us to provide comprehensive eye exams including dilated retinal exams and glaucoma screenings to seniors in skilled nursing facilities. If needed, we are able to see patients in their wheelchairs, room or even in their own bed.
At Mobile Vision Professionals, we strive to provide comprehensive, primary eye care for the whole family. Preventative and routine eye exams are important to maintaining good eye health. Often, eye and vision problems do not have obvious symptoms or signs, but are easily diagnosed by a licensed optometrist.
As the baby boomer population continues to age, it is estimated that approximately 70 million Americans will be over 65 years of age by 2030. As we age, the risk of visual impairment increases dramatically. Approximately one in three individuals will have some sort of visual impairment by the age of 65.
