Critical: Cleanliness
I went there and this is what happened to my toenails now and I don’t know why. Been to other nail salons before and sky nails Evanston was my last and this happened to me. Starting to look like this after months.
Service: Pedicures

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am - very specifically at that time as I needed to leave for the airport for a wedding that day. Showed up at 9am. Door was locked. I knocked and called. No answer. Waited 10 minutes, no one came. Went back at 10am and told them what happened and there was no apology, they refused to fit me in even though it was clear one of the workers was not doing anything (she was just dusting the counters). Barely spoke to me, and instead spoke to each other in another language, and when I asked (nicely btw) if they could squeeze me in at all she just stared at me and rudely

I’ve been going there for 5 years and would never go anywhere else! The chair massage is worth every penny!! This should be your new salon.

Very rude and not knowledgeable massager ...she was very unprofessional omg nothing to do with massage.I told her I have back and neck pain thats why Im here.She could barely speak english very bad experience.I did manicure and pedicure with one guy he was nice.

DO NOT GO HERE…
I had a very rude person who could not have been in more of a rush to be finished with my mani/pedi -
On top of it I have a very painful felon infection in my thumb because of poor sterilization in their tools and have to have it drained

Sky Nails & Spa is the one of the nicest nail salons in Evanston. My family goes there to get relaxing chair massage and mani/ pedi. They are very clean and keep up the salon nicely and treats all customers in a nice way. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service above and beyond a normal mani-pedi . I will return to sample ALL of their services!
