We recently discovered that our basement had substantial flooding due to a busted supply line on our washing machine. How I wish I had used Flood Restoration Services earlier! One of the benefits with Flood Restoration Services is they will video/scope your sewer lines to see if what the issue is in your water lines. John was very responsive, and came out a few hours after I called on December 30th. He set up the cleaning for December 31st ( New Year’s Eve). The entire process went so smoothly. John was thorough in his assessment, and equally thorough in the clean up process. The basement looked and smelled great! The work down by Flood Restoration Services exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about this company. Flood Restoration Services was recommended by a family friend that they did some water damage cleanup for. We hadn't been down our basement in a few days and when we finally went down we realized and outdoor drain had been clogged by the basement steps and water had ruined the carpet and drywall. The crew came and got everything out, cut out drywall and cleaned up everything in record time. Although it's an unfortunate situation, we are grateful for the wonderful service.
