Did not get to meet the workers as I was working but my neighbor who let them in said they were nice. The work they did was nicer than I expected. They followed my verbal instructions to empty the room before starting. Had some issues regarding the start date and then coming back to get the air cleaner.

Blake and his team are professional, prompt, organized and flexible. They communicate clearly and efficiently. I am exceptionally impressed with how Blake and his team were reassuring and offered complete explanations of their process. Blake is trustworthy and sensible, and that's refreshing, these days, and somewhat rare, unfortunately. Will use again, wouldn't think twice.

After neglectful plumbers left a pump unplugged in my 4 month old basement (brand new house with unpacked boxes on the floor) raw sewage backed up on my floor! I discovered it on Friday night of a holiday weekend and Floodstar was the ONLY company out of 10 I called to come out on Saturday (evening but I was just grateful at that point). Mason and his team spent hours helping remove the damaged items before cleaning and sanitizing the area. They missed a few spots but quickly resolved it when they came to pick up the blowers. I hope I never have to use them again but I def would if the situation

FloodStar has been amazing to work with on the flood clean up that was needed at my house. Another company called themselves drying out my home but once Mason and Gary showed up, the real work began. I was not only educated about water damage and mold growth, I was educated on the process of getting my home back to being safe for my family. I appreciate the time and energy Gary and Mason put into our project.

This company is fraudulent. I was quoted a price from James and receive a bill 2 weeks later for 10 times the amount quoted.....they did a lot of unnecessary repair to work for billing purposes.... if dealing with this company look over carefully any documents they ask you to sign .... and make sure u get a detailed explanation on what they are doing and why!!!! 0 stars if possible
