I was very disappointed in the service we received and I would not recommend this company. The first technician we were assigned would call and say he was going to be there at a specific time and then not show up. When I would call him, he would give me another time frame such as 30 minutes and then not show up for 2 hours. I asked for a new tech and while the next was more reliable, he also was not the best. I do have to thank him that he found several places that had damage that the first tech completely missed on the initial report. But he too missed several areas in our basement ceiling that
