The key process of the immune system. The lymphatic system removes toxins and waste from the body. Wastes being cellular debris, drugs we take regularly to manage our health conditions to inflammation produced by the body in response to surgeries or simple cuts and bruises. When your lymphatic system is working effectively you are better equipped to fight colds, reduce swelling and feel an overall sense of well-being.

Carrie has truly changed my life. I came to her back in 2012 with severe sciatic pain amd could barely walk through a store much less go for a run. A couple months later I was back to my old route. She and her team are exceptionally professional and personable. The office manager Shenae is amazing and I never have insurance issues or anything. Even when I moved from Reston to Woodbridge I still make the commute to ComfortWorks because I can't imagine going anywhere else.

My wife had nerve pinch problem and was feeling pain radiating through her back, arms and fingers. Other doctors said that she needs MRI and it can’t be treated by chiropractics. Dr. Holmes revealed that it’s a straightforward pinched nerve case which can be treated by chiropractic care. She felt great relief after her first sitting itself. One last fourth sitting is remaining, but she feels so much better already. I’m glad I took a second opinion. I definitely recommend Comfort Works, especially Dr. Holmes. He is very knowledgeable and treats you well.

Carrie is thoughtful in her work, and has a nice demeanor. Despite her small size, she's obviously quite fit, as she has no trouble manipulating my 6'4" almost 200# self. She also explains things well. I appreciate understanding treatments and after care, and I'm never at a
