We ordered the steak and chicken tacos this past weekend, and were amazed. The ingredients were SO fresh, the proportions were pretty good, and the staff was very friendly! The location certainly isn't anything pretty, but the food is worth it. We look forward to trying a few more things on the menu!

Delicious food! I like the Louisville location, because I know food is freshly prepared and does not skimp on flavour. My husband raves about the queso, and I love the homemade salsas. There are plenty of vegan or gluten free options for those who need them.
The 303 Burrito Bowl is my go-to meal because they pair squash and spinach with your traditional fixings of meat, beans, rice, tomatoes, and guacamole. I make two meals out of one burrito bowl! It's perfect for a post-gym dinner and lunch the next day.
I've only done take-out, but they have two tables set up outside for warmer

The place is very clean, with just a couple tables outside, so it's better for takeout. The staff is very friendly and the food I tasted was delicious. They have tacos, burritos, quesadillas and bowls with vegetarian and vegan options, something for everyone! I had the Fork n' Faux taco, with seasoned vegetarian "beef", pico de Gallo, cheese and salsa, yummy! The pulled pork taco was also good. I only wish they came with lime.

The truck has added a fast casual location in Louisville and it's awesome. I went to high school and college in New Mexico and this place does both green and red chile close to New Mexican style and it is delicious. I love that their sides for burritos are roasted veggies instead of the typicall rice and beans. Move over Chipotle and Qdoba, there's a much better option in town now!

The food is amazing! Fresh and filling! The kitchen is spotlessly clean! What a great treat for anyone in the area! It's not often when you can get such a delicious meal for such an affordable price! Love this truck!!! The Fork comes to Open Door Brewery every Tuesday in my neighborhood, so I have had almost everything on the menu. My current favorite is the pork nachos. Every time I have it I can't believe how fresh the ingredients taste. I don't know where they are getting their tomatoes, but they are killer. Consistently delicious menu, vegan options that are in no way an afterthought (my friend is a chef/vegan, she is obsessed with this truck) and I have to say, after working in food trucks for 3 years, I have never seen a truck this sparkly clean. The owners are awesome too
