This is a great company - very reliable and the booking process was super convenient as well as personable! I was traveling into JFK from the west coast and had no experience booking a car service to get to the Hudson Valley -- working with Lorie was very reassuring as she answered all my questions and replied to each of my inquiries quickly and professionally, and was friendly too! Couldn't ask for a better 'booking' experience - I even had to reschedule my trip and they were very understanding about my last minute changes to my itinerary as well! Will absolutely be booking with them in the future

Better priced and equal to any NYC car service that I have ever used. The driver knew multiple routes to and from JFK Airport with out having to sit in traffic. He drove carefully & at a safe speed for each trip. He’s awesome & always has a smile on his face no matter the hour! Every trip has been a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful experience with HR Airport Transportation. Ryan wasn’t just on time, he was early to pick us up and take us to JFK. The ride was smooth and comfortable. Ryan & co are the most professional service. They get back immediately w/ a quote & they keep in touch in a very timely manner. We were first time clients, usually driving ourselves to various airports & paying for long term parking. But driving to & from Kennedy was giving me a headache.
Having Ryan arrive so promptly for our departure ( fr Woodstock,NY) & explaining so clearly where he would be after arrival made the 5 pm rainy traffic home bearable. His sedan is super-clean (water & mints provided) & they also have van service.
