The dispatcher Mary is an extremely nasty person who needs an attitude adjustment, and MIGHT benefit from an anger management program 7 days a week. She has to be the boss's wife, because I can't see her getting a job with that nasty attitude anywhere to be honest. Not to mention, there cabs are consistently late. And not just five or 10 minutes late, I mean 45 minutes to an hour and a half late. My uncle is on dialysis, and we used them a couple of times and they were late every single time going and coming home. He waited an hour and 45 minutes the last time we used them to go home. The drivers are great & engaging while managing a ton of pressure while driving residents of all walks of life with a front row seat to the crime and chaos in our city. The dispatcher has been there for over 25 years and is a good caring person, however, when she is treated disrespectfully by impatient customers multiple times a day it must be difficult to maintain a cheerful tone with the next call.
