Not bad for a night if you're looking for a place that's walking distance to The Forum or So-Fi.

Geneva is the company that evicted me from a beautiful 90 he old house because they wanted to demolish it and build apartments! They made a deal with me, promising to pay for 3 month's rent somewhere else. They paid for one week but then refused to answer my calls and never lived up to their bargain!! It hurt my business tremendously!! I will be suing them!!

Stayed here for a short 1/2 night stay. It's convenient as it's close to the airport. There's "Randy's Donuts" nearby which is popular for Donuts in LA. You can go there for some desserts.
The property was well maintained, and the room was clean. The property entrance is right on the main street and the area felt safe around 1am when we reached. No issues during the stay. Would recommend.

Booked this hotel for my boyfriend who was traveling across the country. He only needed it for one night snd close to the airport. I booked it based on the reviews, it seemed clean and quiet. His flight got In late and he stopped to get food on his way. He got there and was told “he was too late for his reservation” and was created with disrepect, they seemed irritated and bothered that he disturbed them. They had his contact information and didn’t even bother to try and reach out to him so he could have at least been aware of the issue!! the hotel business is a 24 hours business as I am

Motel is easily accessible via metro transit and conveniently located next to 7 eleven, Carl's Jr. and a laundry Matt. This motel has bungalow styled rooms which means you don't get interrupted by overhead noises from other guest. The Rooms themselves are clean and well maintained! I especially liked the huge wall mirror in my room - it gave the room a unique touch! Standard room appliances include 43 inch Samsung flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, AC unit, hair dryer and alarm clock. The room furniture consisted of window shutters, polished wooden table and two metal frame dining

So no joke- I thought for 75$ this place is gonna be a dump. Oh how I was wrong!!

So this review is for a wed night- can't saying anything about the weekends. First off the neighbor hood is super sketchy, don't plan on walking to get something to eat. But once you get in the parking lot is very lit up and safe feeling. Guy at front desk was nice and fast. Opened the door and was blown away!!! Nice huge mirrors in the room that were spotless. Granite counter in the bathroom. Time in bathroom- nice walk in shower with great water nozzle. Flat screen tv WITH all the movie channels!! Would

I booked for a week. (Total Bill: $700.01) I was in town for the "Politicon" Convention in Pasadena and was going to pick-up my friend & travel with her on Saturday and Sunday. I took a "WEEK" because I "couldn't fly out until then!" HAHA! #1. The Parking is hideous, If you are ensconced in the back, and even have a MID-size it's nearly impossible to park. I had a "Boat"~ a midsized Budget rental SUV and it wasn't until I inquired 3X that I was told "You can park ANYwhere !" So the last 4 days I had adequate parking.

Worst customer service. Do not do business with these people.

I arrived at this place to take my brother to LAX and wanted to spend the night and from the get-go this heavy set male of Indian descent was highly aggressive. As soon as I gave him my money he starting to be very rude and started coming up with hidden fees for the room I got.

I stepped in the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke, which I told him I wanted a non-smoking room. I went to politely ask him to change rooms since I was with my daughter. The man told me it was going to be an extra fee to change rooms on top of that and

I have two reviews for this place: First, is for my personal experience. Second, is for what I witnessed there. I stayed here on two separate occasions for a couple nights each.

1. Personal Experience - 3.5 stars - I was looking for a place to stay that was inexpensive and I happened upon this place using Google maps search. Although I feel the rooms are slightly overpriced (I paid $70/night - $55 seems more appropriate for what you get), the room was clean and there was nothing to really complain about. Definitely a no frills place. I do like the parking situation and how the rooms are tucked

I had a very bad experience with the male owner of this establishment. I was kicked off the property for asking to have an early check in. I will never again visit this motel as the treatment I received was borderline cruel.

Perfectly decent little motel with parking hidden from the street. Room has cable, wi-fi, fridge (unplugged when I arrived), microwave and table. Clean and pleasant, fairly quiet. Shower only, great water pressure, no shampoo provided. Pretty much exactly what I needed for a last-minute room when all the area hotels were sold out! And only $65, half the cost of the big guys!

I mean. It's really not bad. I paid $55 on Priceline. And the only grip I have is the carpets need cleaning and the parking lot is limited. It's a cute little hotel though. Not your standard box hotel. But once with hidden rooms off to the sides. It's relaxing.

The also have direct tv on large flat TVs. Come on. The cheapest of hotels don't do that.

I feel very comfortable and safe here. Freeway access is tops!

Only thing I would add is breakfast.....
