The Heavenly Bakery is located at 601 San Benito Street in Downtown Hollister, CA. We are open seven days a week and serve Breakfast and Lunch daily. We also do private parties, catering, and service local restaurants with their breads, cakes, and pastries. We also have a booth at the Hollister Downtown Association's Farmers Market every Wednesday from 2-7 pm from May - September.

Over the years, I perfected my skills with an aim to using the best techniques and methods to get the best flavors to my customers. I have trained and taught in different states. One of my most memorable experiences was working with Lionel Vatinet, author of several baking books and owner of "La Farm Bakery" in North Carolina.

I placed an order for cinnamon rolls to be picked up on a certain date and they SOLD them before I could pick up my order. Outrageous! I traveled over an hour to pick them and always made a point to stop here when going to the Bay Area. They've totally lost my support. Their customer service is also a 0-star review - very poor customer service skills.

It was good. I had the Denver omelette. Wish the omelette was a bigger but it was good. Hashbrowns were really good too and the service was good as well

I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday and it was a hit! They put them in special boxes so they won’t go sliding around! Great spot to stop and get a treat if walking around town

We drive 45 minutes just to come here for breakfast. The breakfast burritos are fabulous! Of course we take a pastry to go.

I had the Chicken Salad sandwich. The Ciabbata Bread was fresh & still warm when my sandwich was brought to our table. I also had some of their fusion pie...Blueberry & Apple mixed. So yummy. Can't wait to try their breakfast. The staff was very friendly & attentive. I highly reccomend Heavenly to everyone. ❤
