Patti's mission is to provide her Celiac and Gluten Intolerant customers with the highest quality gluten-free baked goods that also taste great. As a Certified Nutritional Educator who specializes in teaching allergy-free cooking, Patti understands first hand the challenges that people face in obtaining nutritious, healthy foods when your food choices become limited.

FAQ's Report

In 2008, Patti's health was beginning to suffer. Although she exercised, and cooked all her own food from scratch, she was prediabetic, exhausted, and suffered from moderate to severe muscle aches and pains. A close friend told her about the symptoms associated with gluten-intolerance and urged her to take it out of her diet to see if it helped.

Fair Trade Organic Teas and Coffee Report

The Organic Irish Breakfast Tea is a traditional Irish Breakfast tea, created from malty Assam teas from North Eastern India, and is commonly mixed with a little milk and sugar. The color is superb and full bodied. Organic Irish Breakfast delivers a good, strong cuppa. Seeyok Darjeeling Tea is a golden leaf, rich brown color and its flavor has a slight floral uplift.

I had my niece in from outta town who is gluten-free and dairy-free, and this was the perfect place to go! Super friendly, and attentive staff even while busy! And just thought I'd mention my non gluten-free kids still absolutely loved their treats ❤

Directions to bake the Cinnamon Rolls were spot on.
My partner is highly allergic to gluten, and these are the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had.
We live about 2 hours away but already looking for excuses to travel through just to buy more for his family who also have Celiacs Desease.
Will definitely be buying for my own as well considering how delicious they are! So yummy!!!

My experience with only 1 visit so far... Seems like a nice variety of bread, sweets, sandwiches, pie crust, and I think I read they have pizza dough to take and bake. There was even a gf ice cream sandwich I saw in the cooler. I'll try that next time.
The prices seemed in the ball park as well.

Excellent, unique pastries of all kinds alongside some breakfast options. Their peanut butter-chocolate cupcake is one of my favorite pastries in town, and I do not even stick to gluten-free. Plus the staff are always sweet and the decor is delightfully whimsical.

We LOVE Patti’s Perfect Pantry!! Wish we lived closer but certainly love to load up on our visits. This is one of those places you want to write a review every time you go. Amazing sandwiches, amazing treats, amazing cinnamon rolls, sourdough bread!! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Always delicious! So grateful for the allergy friendly, incredibly good breads and treats!!

Delicious sandwiches and sweets. Love the lemon tea cakes here I swing by anytime I'm in the area. Love that everything is gluten free even though I don't have any gluten restrictions, just feels like it's slightly healthier but still just as delicious.

I have been gluten free, long before it was popular or fashionable; over 15 years. Patti's Zucchini Muffins may the single best GF bread item I've ever eaten. Perfect balance of sweet and savory, just a little sweet. Awesome with a cup of tea.

Such amazing food, I highly recommend it! Especially the cinnamon rolls! We also enjoy the bread and cupcakes they have there. Lastly, the pizza is the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Period. We went there one time after a hike, and have been there at least ten times since then.

I have been going to Patti’s for two years. I am gluten free and am very good sensitive. Patti’s always has amazing tasting desserts. Their red velvet cupcake is amazing! But all of them are delicious I tried them all! I recommend their pie crust and pizza crust or pizza. My apple pies came out amazing with their crust over Thanksgiving. I highly highly recommend Patti’s even if you’re not gluten free. People I have given the desserts to don’t know the difference.
