Consistently delicious, and a joy to visit the place. The people are friendly, they're quick to acknowledge and serve, happy to help with any questions. Beignets are stellar btw. At first glance just a little hole in the wall cafe but these guys pack a punch with all the benchmarks of a good establishment. I recommend them all the time- great stuff guys, keep it up.

I was really craving their amazing breakfast burrito (best I've ever had).
This bakery is great. The chocolate chip cookies are the best I've ever had. Soft but slightly crispy on the edges and just the right amount of chips. Their Boston cream pie is delicious too, could use more cream though. Definitely, one of the better bakeries around Morgan Hill.
Their banana french toast is yummy as well - a little too sweet for my liking but the caramelized bananas that come with it are so so good.
Blueberry scones, yum.

Simply the best. It doesn't matter what you order, it's all good. I usually call ahead for things they have to prepare to avoid waiting and then get additional items from the pastry case when I get there to pickup. Be sure to like them on FB and then you will see the special items they are offering, for example, seasonal cookie decorating kits.

This place does not give you want you order. Ordered the harvest bowl and was told they did not have tater tots and if country potatoes were okay. Got it home and it was missing the kale and hardly no meat and mostly sweet potatoes which were not cooked all the way. I would have been okay if they use potatoes as promised but the uncooked sweet potatoes were horrible and had to throw the bowl out. The last couple of times they were missing something and had to replace with another product. Disappointed and will be taking a break.

Good breakfast burritos and sandwiches! Rarely get there fast enough to get any pastries or anything else.
Definitely plan ahead because they rarely answer the phone to take phone orders and it takes over an hour on weekends to place an order and pick it up!
All, they rarely communicate when they run out of things and don't pro-actively share updates on current orders - for example, they told me a 30 min wait, after 45 min, I asked for an update and they told me they ran out of potatoes and wanted to see if I'm okay with tater tots.... It happens but annoying to wait with any communication

First time here and honestly disappointed. Called this morning to double-check that they were open and so that we could place a phone to-go order. Nobody answered; it was a non-stop busy signal. So we drove over, placed a breakfast order and only after we place the order and paid were we told the order would take 45-60 mins. That's something they should have told us before we placed the order. The food also was just okay which was surprising because this place was packed so I would assume that the food would be good. On top of it all, their indoor capacity would definitely not pass county

It took over a half an hour for a to go breakfast burrito- and I'm not exaggerating. The staff seemed to have zero sense of urgency. Like none.
After 30 minutes, I checked in with the burrito and they said they were still working on it- no time update. Another 6 minutes, burrito finally in hand, I take two bites then notice it's burnt to a crisp.
I'm not one to write negative reviews, and I would have let it slide but there ZERO hustle at this place and it wasn't even busy. How burnt burrito was sent me over the edge. There is no way the cook didn't notice how burnt

Love to stop by for coffee and a breakfast burrito! I see their breakfast foods always look so delicious. We've also ordered a birthday cake from here before. Everyone loved the cake; didn't leave any piece leftover!

When I am visiting family in San Jose, Morgan Hill is a nice half-way point to meet-up with a friend who now lives in Hollister. I suggested getting breakfast, she suggested Lawson's and I'm glad she did. I had the breakfast sandwich on the 2nd-hand recommendation of her kids, who do eat meat. She had the veggie breakfast burrito, and we shared beignets. I felt a pang of regret when she cut her burrito in half and I saw it was chock full of asparagus -- apparently they use whatever seasonal vegetable they have rather than some pre-determined mix, so I suppose it is worth asking what the

Tried to order a birthday cake. Their VM recommended to send an order via email to the provided email address. I didn't hear back after a couple of days, so I called again and tried to place my birthday cake order. I gave my name as a reference to my email which described my order. The lady immediately said we aren't taking any orders for birthday cakes. If I wanted to come in early in the morning of birthday, they might have a pre made cake in their cake case.

Cash and card accepted. Lawson's Bakery is located next to Big Grill BBQ & Terriyaki and offers plaza parking. They have a rewards program here so be sure to sign up if you plan to go multiple times. The cashiers are always nice and seem happy to be at work.
I've been here several times and it is usually busy. I think my favorites so far are the Chai Latte and blueberry scone. The burnt almond cake and cookies are decent as well.
Overall I would recommend this place and will go back.

This may be the best bakery in the South Bay. This family owned bakery has the best variety of baked goods I've had in the South Bay. They have the best blueberry scones that often sell out before 11am. A lot of their baked goods will run out so get there early if you are craving something specific. If you call ahead of time you can also request them to hold specific items. All the baked items I have tried are always cooked to perfection never to sweet or overly baked.

Took a drive to Morgan Hill after searching for a place to eat at for about an hour on yelp.
This place has 4 star overall review’s “in my opinion my fellow yelper’s missed the mark again!, well at least the ones that gave them less than 5 stars C;”
This place is unbelievable “dare I say better than my fave place in Rancho Cucamonga? Oh yes I do dare” I ordered an expresso and it was a real one “best I’ve ever had!!” I ordered a veggie burrito (tomatoes, spinach, cheese, real wedge potatoes and egg whites. What an amazing referral! We were buying little treats from Rocca's and we were hooked, and then the owner asked if we had been to their bakery..we had not. Today we took the recommendation (given yesterday, lol) and we were absolutely pleased!! Very clean, super friendly staff all around, lovely variety, and quality ingredients! We will definitely be back and with friends! Its the new place on the favorite list! We had breakfast and took a couple of treats home for later..well I did..his didn't quite make it home, lol!

We stopped by for some breakfast and the food was amazing. We got a breakfast burrito and pancakes. The breakfast burrito ingredients were fresh and the bacon was crispy. The pancakes were so yummy too, you could tell they were homemade with love. The two gals we talked to behind the counter were very friendly and accommodating. They also had a really delicious looking bakery window full of cakes and pastries.
