The folks here are really cool! They basically wrote me an essay on what all happened and what needed to be done. I've never gotten that much info before. They were super detailed. I ended up doing only half of what they recommended due to the cost but that is of no fault of theirs and they still gave me pointers on how I could do it at home. Super cool people!

Josh was great in getting my truck scheduled into the shop during what was a very busy week for them. They got the truck done just in time for a road trip we were taking. Josh even followed up with me a few days later to see if everything was to my satisfaction. That's unheard of these days. My thanks to Jeff and Josh for their excellent work and for actually caring about their customers.

A few months back I had a catastrophic mechanical failure in my 2013 M5 that left me needing a new engine. Josh (the owner) was extremely helpful in helping me navigate options, waying costs and ultimately helping me walk out a solution we both felt was best for my situation. Where we landed as a custom-built Stage 2, S63 high performance engine provided by Carbahn Autoworks CEO Steve Dinan. We added custom Turbos and a power package tune. My car is now a beast with 750HP and 1000lbs of torque. Josh’s team handled the entire swap from start to finish and were exceptional throughout the process

No one couldn’t fit me in when I had an emergency with my battery. Advanced automotive found time in their busy schedule to help me and they even washed my car after they were finished with their repairs. All the employees were very friendly and I feel like they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you guys!!

The main complaint that I have is that we had a long wait to get our Jeep fixed.
When we picked up the Jeep after having the water pump replaced the belt was squealing when the AC was turned on. We took the Jeep back and picked it up the next day. The technician admitted that the problem was because the serpentine belt was not threaded through the pulleys properly. I found this level of honesty refreshing and it confirms my feeling that Adavnced Automotive is a fair an honest shop.
We will be coming back to your shop for future repairs.

Josh was upfront and honest. Very reputable. Took my 2002 Volvo S80 and Advanced Automotive had no issue. Even though my car has 200K on it, Josh told me what other faults there may be and what future item I should replace. Josh even followed up with me a few days later to see how my car was running. My new shop. All around good people.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Any time I've had a situation that required advanced automotive it's been wonderful. They are thorough and even answered all of my questions. (Thanks again, Josh!!) Also very understanding that I couldn't quite make the same sound as my car was, because I did try!
