After having my car problems misdiagnosed twice at other shops, Brandon at JP Automotive went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. They saw my car immediately that day, fixed it within two, and called to update me and answer my constant questions. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I did not feel talked down to and Brandon was great about clearly explaining their diagnosis and what work they have done. I am so impressed by this experience, and will definitely be back for any car problems in the future!!

Great prices. I love how they don’t mark up there parts crazy like other shops do.
Recently had my transfer case replaced and they did an excellent job.

Tl;dr very poor customer service, tried to give me the run-around instead of helping.
I purchased an RV from a family whose recently passed away father had spent years restoring. Upon the purchases, they were kind enough to provide me all of the recent work receipts that had been performed on the vehicle, including hundreds of dollars of service from JP last summer. Since the main issue I wanted checked on the RV (transmission gaskets) was something they had just serviced in the past year, I thought it would be best to bring the RV to them as they had quite a bit of experience with it and would
