I'm a single mom and don't know a lot about cars so I always worry that I'm going to be taken advantage of whenever I need car repairs. Ihler's was professional, respectful, and got my car in and done super quick. It was something simple and they didn't jack up the price or try to convince me I needed a bunch of other stuff done. Prices were very fair. I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on!

Tom is a trustworthy professional who demonstrates how much he values his customers by providing honest and knowledgeable insight and won't charge you for work that doesn't need to be done. I've had experience with mechanics who will do thousands of dollars work that didn't fix the problem... And then there's Tom, who will make suggestions for upcoming work with an estimate of when it will need to be done and how much it will cost, never doing more or charging more than what is necessary. I'm glad I found him as my mechanic, and I plan on taking any car I own to him so long as he's in business
