If i could give 0 stars i would. I reserved in August for my daughters birthday party now in december 19. Meaning nearly 4 months in advance with a paid deposit. I receive a call 6 days BEFORE my daughters birthday party that the date had to be CANCELLED. I am speechless , how unprofessional i have now lost hundreds of dollars due to cancelling my other vendors who were participating in the event. My daughters 3rd birthday has now been cancelled due to their lack of professionalism and respect. Terrible service . Trust me dont spend your money here to end up having to cancel such a special event
