Services
There are just over 350 young women walking the halls of St. Jean Baptiste High School hailing from all over the New York Metro Area. 100% of our Jeanites graduate and are college bound earning millions of dollars in grants and scholarships from the colleges of their choosing. The goal of our faculty and administration is to nurture in each student the following qualities and characteristics of womanhood.
I am a member of the Congregation of Notre Dame of Montreal (CND) and a native of the Bronx, New York. I graduated from Villa Maria Academy in the Bronx. As a young woman, my CND teachers had a significant impact not only on my education but on my life. Their warmth, support, encouragement, and excellent teaching drew me to recognize that God was inviting me to become one of them.

This application is for students who were unable to register for the TACHS exam and who are entering grade 9, Class of 2025. How has the pandemic affected your personal life, your family life, your school life, and your social life? Be sure to look at both the positive and negative effects for each area of your life.
The school uniform is purchased from the Flynn and O'Hara Uniform Company. A complete uniform cost approximately $300.00. Representatives from the uniform company come to the school several times during the school year. A host of opportunities are available for qualifying girls seeking merit scholarships and tuition assistance at St. Jean Baptiste High School.

Saint Jean Baptist has an impressive curriculum that paves a road to success for any child. After visiting a few schools a year ago I chose SJBHS for my daughter to attend there because of their friendly staff, great teachers, cleanliness, location but most of all reputation among students. Now that I look back that was the best decision. I am so proud of my daughter's progress and I thank SJBHS for her success. I will highly recommend it to any parent that is struggling with making a decision. ❤❤❤ #proudmom
