What sort of trainer am I and what do I offer? I strategically create personal training regimens just for you. Every detail such as rest times, duration of exercise, number of sets, exercise order or speed of movements all fall into play when I train. I like to visualize a person's "body" the same way I see a sculpture.

Rick is a great trainer, he keeps you motivated and moving. If it wasn't for Rick I dont think I would be were I am today. With his help I've run a full marathon 4 half marathons and seve5ks. I have also done a mudd run with Rick and had a great time. He knows exactly what you need to get to your goals and he will adjust your training depending on what you are focusing on. I highly recommend him if you want to achieve the goals you are looking to accomplish. A big 👍 up to Rick he k ow what he is doing.💪🏋️♂️🚴♂️

Rick is as good as they get. A couple of months into training with him I found out I was expecting and with his custom workouts I was able to train literally until the day before my baby girl was born. He kept me strong and fit, always keeping mine and my baby's safety at hand. I was able to bounce back in no time, even taking into consideration that I underwent a C-section. My OBGYN was so impressed that he asked me to give him kudos for keeping me in tip top shape :)

THE best personal trainer in El Paso, by a longshot. I came to Rick back in late December last year to get in shape for military/law enforcement service. I had a low level of fitness and weighed in at around 260lbs and had 49.5% body fat. By late June, I was at 256lbs and 33% body fat. Needless to say, Rick helped me put on a lot of muscle!
I still have a long way to go, but his training has set me on the right path. Rick is very patient, professional, motivating, and always mixes up your workouts. He's very good at tailoring your regiment to your level of fitness and working around any conditions

I handed over some pretty unrealistic goals and deadlines to Rick, and he gladly accepted them and pushed me to my limits. I had never really lifted weights before, so this was all a very new concept for me. In 3 short months, I was able to reach my goals and I was stronger than I had ever been before. A whole New lifestyle was jump started for me, and I've continued to apply Rick's teachings in my workouts since I am no longer living in El Paso. I highly recommend Rick's training if you are preparing for a Police/Fire PT test.

Rick is a fantastic trainer. After about 5 months of working our under his guidance and supervision I have seen so many positive changes in my body and the way I feel has improved so much as well. My monthly fitness assessments show a consistent and steady drop in body fat and increase in muscle mass. I have Rick to thank for pushing me beyond what I thought I could do. He is honestly the best trainer I have ever had. I am so thankful to him. I recommend him highly. Many of my friends have gone to him and they are all very happy.
