Julian is a world class trainer! He has been my personal trainer for the past 5 years!
I am in my 50’s, but regardless of my age, every year I train, I have come to feel younger and stronger than before.
It's incredible!!! I have never been a sport oriented person in my life and did not exercise on regular basis. Now I can do movements that I had never been able to perform in my youth 20+ years ago.
I'm a MD and Internal Medicine Professor. Due to work stress I was eating too much and came to weigh 200#. I'm happy I was able to drop my body weight to 170#. I became stronger and much more flexible

Julian is an excellent trainer! I had never benefited from such quality workouts before. I have exercised my whole life doing both cardio and weight training. These workouts have made my body conditioned overall.
Julian is always prepared and a real professional. He targets all of the areas of the body that need it. His workouts are always varied and that makes it fun. I feel like my body is fully engaged and I have become a lot more toned. In addition, he focuses on stretching at the end of each session and that has improved my well being and sleep. Working with a professional athlete and coach like Julian, I have improved my strength and endurance, which I need to be confident in my dance.
The dancer needs the muscles of a deer, not a lion, so the emphasis has been on improving the speed in the muscles for higher and better jumps.
