We create every MoveBetter challenge based on your needs! During your first free intro session, we will develop a personalized plan, take you through our basic movement screening so you can get a feel for our coaching and see how our method of training is right for you. FlipFit is an awesome gym! I've been weight training for a few years and have been wanting to work more calisthenics into my training. FlipFit is a great hybrid between the two. They focus a lot on mobility and strength and there are different progressions so it works great for people who are new to fitness, and those that have been working on it a while.

Have been coming to flipfit for about 4 months now and I can definitely say it’s worth every dollar. Very dynamic workouts and such a good group of guys and gals. Very fruitful experience and don’t even get me started on Eric! Overall 13/10 experience!

A weightlifting injury in January left my right shoulder and arm almost useless. I’d been to PTs, doctors, even a neurologist for nerve damage, and nothing really helped much. I was offered surgery as my last option. I’m glad I didn’t choose that path though. Instead I looked around online and found Flipfit. Best Gym I’ve ever been to with the best product in town. I’ve been a member for over 2 years now with the original intention of improving my quality of life due to a shoulder injury. The results and progressions I’ve made since starting my training at FlipFit have been beyond expectations. Modifications can be made to challenge any athletic ability. Highly recommended!

Been going to FlipFit for over 2 years now and have no intentions of stopping. I came in with the goal of achieving the "human flag" and was successful buy the end of my first year never been more proud of my body then I am now
UPDATE: Thanks to Flipfit's online program I've been able to stay lean and fit during a pandemic all from home! Most gyms require expensive equipment but coach Eric has taught me how to adapt with my environment and I couldn't be happier 😎😎😎😎

Flipfit has helped me get back in shape, and has specially helped me with my past injuries. I have a bad shoulder and coach Eric helped with my shoulder flexibility and mobility. Now my should is pain free and I can finally sleep at night without any pain. I recommend this gym because everyone here is nice and friendly and everyone helps you out if you are struggling. Best decision I’ve ever made.

FlipFit is an awesome gym! I’ve been weight training for a few years and have been wanting to work more calisthenics into my training. Flipfit is a great hybrid between the two. They focus a lot on mobility and strength and there are different progressions so it works great for people who are new to fitness, and those that have been working on it a while. I thought I already knew a lot, but I am constantly learning new things. I wish I had joined this gym earlier, can’t recommend enough!

Flip Fit is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made hands down! You feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in and let me tell you, after working all night all I want to do is sleep but that all melts away when lm here. I've done both the classes and personal training sessions and both are amazing experiences. I've never felt lost or singled out for needing extra help with any of the exercises. FlipFit has been the best gym that I ever decided to join. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable despite looking so young. They do small body modifications that immediately ignite and engage muscles you didn't know you had. Their workouts are never boring and always push you to do your best safely. About a year ago I strained my SI and was unable to run, lift weights or do yoga without experiencing excruciating pain. Needless to say all activities had to come to a screeching halt. After 8 weeks of intensive Chiropractic care and physical therapy Dr. Wardy finally released me to start training… limiting me to only bodyweight training and suggesting that I train with Eric Klauss of Flip Fit.
