The apartment complex has pretty landscaping. The maintenance men is great and always do their best. Dave always overworked but he works hard and always smiley to get things fixed. The lady in the office Erica Is always inviting asking if I like any snacks or drinks. The new property manager Tonya is terrible!! We used to have Stephanie as the property manager she was a very involved and active manager always willing to help and talk with residents. The new manager Tonya she never gets out of her chair or office, never returns calls or emails. When I come in and the leasing lady Erica is busy assisting

I am a new resident at the woodridge apartments and with my experience so far I would say that the community is comfortable to live in with beautiful green sights everywhere where it is safe and calm with friendly neighbors that makes you feel welcome at your home. Moreover, the community is located at a perfect place where it's near shopping centers and famous restaurants around livonia. Finally I would like to mention that the staff is upto service on all tasks, leading them Stephany, as an active manager with Erica by her side plus a great technician service team.

I have been coming by for the past two Saturday’s during business hours with finding the office door locked both instances. I was quite upset but I drove by again today hoping to change my luck. I met with Stephanie. Stephanie is VERY professional and made me feel like she truly cared about my situation. Sadly, the apartments were out of my price range which resulted in me not being able to move here. Stephanie asked for my price range and preference of location. She took time out of her busy day even though the phones was ringing she was still committed to help me find some apartment complex

I have been a resident and the community has never looked this good. Stephanie is a breath of fresh air. She has made so many improvements! The last two managers were never there or extremely rude. I came in yesterday to discuss personal matter and Stephanie was so understanding and actually caring. Since Stephanie has been the manager Maintenance Now comes quickly where it used to be having to wait for months. I now would recommend this community.

My mom stays here and I will say at first we were at a rough spot with no property manager and no full staff maintenance. I am glad to say I feel like ever since Stephanie became the manager things get done. She is very approachable and understanding. Maintenance is now getting done in a timely manner. The roads are getting redone and it’s been a mess with parking but I know in the long run the roads will look great.

I read some very negative reviews (on google reviews) about this complex before moving here and am so glad I ignored them haha. It is a super safe and super quiet complex and our apartment is really clean and peaceful.
It's also affordable for the area (Livonia). It's true that only trash is included in the rent, but water/sewer runs about $35-50 a month which I find really reasonable. The kitchen is very small but if you're picky about having a big kitchen, buy a house lol. Bathroom is pretty spacious.

I have lived here 3 years. It's a great place to live. Staff is very polite and attentive. Maintenance has improved over the years and service is better than when I first moved in. They have events for kids on holidays at the club house. At Christmas my son took free pictures with Santa that they provided later to us. New playground. Walk in closet with double sided room to hang up clothes in master bedroom. It's near a light off middlebelt rd so not too bad to turn in off major road. It's beautiful inside and out. Not super insulated so consider heaters if you get super cold

I've lived at Woodridge Apartments for two years, coming up on three this July. Its a great location and there is easy access to Middlebelt Rd. and of course Interstate 96 plus there are tons of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Other great pros: small community (cozy, family friendly and visitors never get lost finding my apartment), maintenance is pretty prompt on taking care of issues (they stay incredibly up to date on doing apartment checks). Hi I've moved into Woodridge last July and I love it ! Great people! great staff ! Highly recommend this apartment complex !!! I got two bedroom apartment and so spacious and just perfect and services are always available 24 hours ! You can't get that anywhere !!! ;))) l love the pool and play ground for kids !!! ;)))
